So much better than AXAs agent. Direct Line were expensive but well worth the extra premium I paid. Preferred Management customer Services was excellent today. Shane dealt with my home emergency and he went out of his way to ensure the work was completed by their workmen.

Engineer attended to the property in good time and resolved the issue promptly. Also took the time to ensure the issue had not caused any problems to the ceiling in the floor below

One of those companies that seems to be a largely unnecessary and disappointing layer in a process. Were engaged to handle pest invasion through our insurer. Offered a choice of ''next available appointments' chose one, cancelled a day's work to accommodate only to be told that this wasn't actually an appointment so work won't take place until a day later with an all day offer with 30 mins notice....so would probably have been cheaper to sort it with a local contractor myself when factoring in lost paid work. Utterly pointless and useless organisation letting both their client and the end user down.

Avoid this company at all costs. Very unprofessional. Three engineers to sort out an issue. The first heating engineer that turned up was actually an electrician who had just come to tick the box that they had they had arrived in the agreed time scale the second engineer arrived had a look and left without returning.
The third engineer did try to repair the issue but admitted it was above his skill set.
The office staff never return emails or phone calls stating that they are in meetings. Please be aware if you have to deal with Erin, She's very unprofessional.
I ended up getting my own plumbing and heating company who fixed the issue with no problem whatsoever.
Whilst I did receive some compensation it was nothing near to the figure it just cost me.
I hope I never have to deal with this company or its staff ever again in the future.

Simply the worst... if I could leave them 0 stars I would.
They are the company that get passed work from Allianz home emergency but a group that doesn't honour the work.
They came to do an emergency roof repair on the 9th January which was 3 weeks after the emergency call was logged. The temp. repair lasted days before flapping about in the wind, it failed. A temp. repair should last 30 days.
I rang Allianz the home emergency team again to explain what happened and they instructed PMS to return to redo. the repair as it had failed. During my communications with PMS I've been told that my insurance company have given them the okay for a permant repair and that they were communicating this with my insurance, thus providing me with assurance that it's in hand.
However this is not the case and my roof problem has been getting worse. Allianz are slow to assist and PMS have not reached out to fix their temp. repair, they are a shambles and provide underhand (mis)information.
Do not use. I'm following this up with the ombudsman.
