Took my graphics cards worth of EUR 396 for warranty return. For 6 months no replacement or refund issued. Just ignore my emails. They basically stolen it from me. Would have known this, would just return directly to manufacturer (that involved additional costs as manufacturer do not support warranty in EU directly and need to ship overseas).

My dad purchased a sound bar for my birthday from this company, after just a couple of months the remote controller went faulty and we contacted the company asking for a replacement under the 1 year warranty. They said we had to return the whole thing - this response took some getting, we had to use the 3rd party website we bought it through to actually get a response.
We sent the item back, with evidence of the weight, postage date and costs. They claim only part of the item was sent back, which is completely untrue. It has been 5 months and they barely reply to any messages claiming only the remote was sent back rather than the entire soundbar - the bar was 2 foot long so i know for certain it was posted! We still have no replacement soundbar and no refund from this company.

The customer service is terrible and once they have your money they have no interest. They have basically stolen the money from us, so i would recommend to everybody to avoid this company completely.

Ayant acheté un appareil (babyphone) sur fnac.com à cette société, j'ai eu la mauvaise surprise que l'appareil tombe en panne au bout d'une semaine. Après l'avoir renvoyé, la société me dit qu'il n'ont pas trace de mon colis, je leur fourni la preuve de livraison : ils vont regarder... puis plus de nouvelles malgré plusieurs mails de relance demandant des explications. Cette société exploite les clients achetant en ligne, je ne comprends pas que la FNAC les autorise à vendre sur leur site.
Précision : du fait de leur silence, après 8 mois de relances, le produit renvoyé n'a toujours pas été remboursé...

Having purchased an appliance (baby monitor) on fnac.com to this company, I was shocked that the device fails after one week. After being returned to service, the company said it did not track my package, I provided proof of their delivery : ok they will look ... then no answer despite several emails asking for explanations . This company operates the customers buying online, I do not understand that FNAC allows them to sell on their website.
Accuracy: because of their silence, after 8 months of appointments, the returned product has not been paid back ...
