Both contact numbers do not work, can't get hold of anyone at all to help with my issues
One of the most worst manufacturers I've dealt with in a long time. They seem like the most professional on their website however don't be fooled as I had. Once of the most important issues was the fact they do not respond until midnight for some reason. When they seem to want to help they just disappear and hope it will go away. Look at their Google Page as an example. Oh wait they don't have one.... Too easy to hide for them.
They should be locked up for how bad their customer service is.
I have been chasing Premdor for over 6 months to address a reoccurring manufacturing fault with their fire doors. Initially there seemed to be some interest with my problem, but more recently their after sales department have ignored multiple requests for an update on what action they intend to take. I have called and been advised the department does not accept phone calls. This review is the beginning of finding alternative measures to get resolution. It is very disappointing that a manufacturer offering a 10 year guarantee is not prepared to take responsibility or at least communicate with the end user.
