Just purchased a Kia stonic from Mark Richards in dunkinfield from the 1st phone call he's was very polite and helpful would recommend highly but the valeting was not the best if I had pick it up on a week day I would had ask for a reclean but that not mark fault

Premier Kia Rochdale are very helpful. When I faced a start up motor issue after a service, it was resolved, even though I had to contact them several times about the same issue.

All throughout my starter motor issue, they have tended to my needs, even providing a courtesy car on several occasions.

When I woke up one morning with a dead battery, caused by my not shutting the boot properly, Kia picked up my car, charged the battery, and returned it within a few days without any charge.

UPDATE Feb 2024: when I have faced the same issue with the intermittent start up issue, sadly Chris the service manager at Rochdale, and Ben the CEO have completely ignored me. Have sent them lots of videos showing the issue. Very unprofessional to ignore my plight with the car I bought from them,and trusted their service team, who left my battery terminal disconnected which has caused my intermittent start up issues ever since. Now been forced to take this up with the Motor Ombudsman due to their lack of help. They don't care in my situation.

UPDATE April 2024: My issue is now with The Motor Ombudsman and Premier Kia clearly don't care about my intermittent start up fault that still remains, that their engineer caused in leaving one of my battery terminals loose after a service/MOT. They have lied to The Motor Ombudsman about conversations that never took place. Said they offered me a part exchange or even to buy back my car. These are lies. They believe that in my videos I am not turning the ignition, so are therefore calling me a liar. I am not a liar. Just because the problem has not shown itself with Premier Kia itself, they have just washed their hands of it. I'm extremely disappointed as a customer.

EASY ADVICE. Don't buy your car from this company. It's been a horrible experience. Sadly, if you do, don't buy a service plan from them because it's been 13 months of me having an intermittent start up issue that Kia have no care to fix even now. They put on two new starter motors 'to appease the customer', as states in their response to The Motor Ombudsman. They don't even believe my car has a fault. Like I would make this up and put myself through all this stress. FFS

UPDATE May 2024

As my case was now with the Motor Ombudsman, I heard from the CEO, who said that his recent master technician had experienced the same issue on his Kia Picanto and he was sure that this particular fixture would finally fix this intermittent start up issue. They provided me with a courtesy car, even though they brought the car back within two hours. We agreed that I could reopen the case with The Motor Ombudsman should I face the same issue within three months. They also have given me a free service and MOT. Thankfully, my car has been starting up brilliantly. Also grateful that they washed and hoovered my car. I guess the time I've had to wait for this car to be fixed is why I have rated this company four stars, and not five.

They did cheating with us, when i View a car in there then i searched online it was all right nothing fault in the car but when i did diposit some money, they update this car mot and everything, now im seeing car problem shoing online,, totally unexpected irresponsible people here...

We booked two taxi’s during a busy weekend on the 10th July. The whole experience was excellent from booking with the operator to the politenesses of the drivers and the comfort of their vehicles. We were hesitant having had poor experiences from other companies on the island. So thank you Premier.

I would maybe scroll down and read the real reviews rather than these obviously fakes 5* reviews. - (In reference to the auto trader reviews).

There’s nothing 5* about this “garage” unless you can call someone’s garden and front room a reputable business set up. Declined us all our rights. (Right to reject the purchase within 30 days of purchase as per the consumer rights act 2015). Absolute joke who clearly takes advantage of vulnerable females. Prays on your lack of knowledge then declines to help you when you make enquires.

Will only talk over you on the phone, and happy to go to court. Dean had an excellent knowledge of the process of going to court to which is a little bit of a red flag if you ask me. JUST AVOID

Really happy with the service we got from Ahsan, really friendly and explained everything brilliantly. Highly recommended with great customer service from start to finish.

The excellent service I received from Ahsan Chattha was above and beyond especially given the “click & collect process due to COVID” I was very worried but needn’t have been as I said Ahsan sorted everything out and it was a very smooth process. I would highly recommend his service.

Do not use for airport journeys!

I have used the Chingford premier cars for two years and finally had enough. Time and time again - as standard (and the rude male operator told me so) - they organise drivers to arrive circa 45min later than arrival and if they have any delays, you naturally wait even longer. They say wait for 20min and then another 20min.... Now, that would be ok if the risk was shared, but no, they always charge for parking on top, even when they are late. Naturally they add more if you are delayed which would be absolutely fair if it worked both ways, but it does not. As a customer you always take the hit. If you complain the operator hangs-up on you (happened to me yesterday!) and leaves you high and dry. Worse, they treat their drivers badly too, clearly don't tell them when they in fact hanged up the phone on me (yesterday) and the poor late driver arrives and calls me circa 20min after (in total 1 hour after the flight had arrived as he was assigned the job too late for him to be there on time). I am sure he did not get paid. I did text him to say to ask for his driver's fee from the operator and that I would back him up. I feel very strongly in supporting local taxi companies but Premier Cars (in Chingford) are now losing my business. This has happened too many times over the past 2 years. Premier cars can say goodbye to +£800 per year of revenues. A hello to Uber that does not hang-up on you and leave you high and dry; the feedback system is between the driver and customer and works both ways - transparently. Premier cars has much to learn...unfortunately!

It might sound strange to some people but I hate buying a new car. That said, Stuart at Mitsubishi Rochdale was a pleasure to deal with. No pressure, no silly sales tactics or comments which we all know are exaggerations or outright lies (Thanks, Google!) - just a decent, honest explanation about the vehicle's good and bad points.

Do not trust this company. They are either dishonest or incompetent. How can you be a main dealer and not know if a vehicle has self levelling suspension or not? How can a main dealer confirm in writing a vehicle has it but it doesn't and then don't car that a customer is nearly £1000 out of pocket for their mistake. Again do not use them, you will get lies, poor service and once the sale is done it's good bye!!!!
