Premier Ink & Paper Reviews 

I have used Premier Ink for a variety of photo-related services , primarily paper & ink cartridges, for over a decade. Although they are now part of a larger organisation, their customer service remains first-class; friendly & helpful as well as efficient .I prefer to order by phone & their response time is always very quick, even during busy periods. I regularly order their blue-box cartridges for my Canon iP8750 printer & I thoroughly recommend them for performance equal to Canon's own cartridges but at a MUCH lower price.I defy anyone to say that they are inferior in any way; they give comparable colour reproduction, last longer & have the same chip which lights up to show that they are inserted correctly & flashes to indicate when they are empty.Save money by trying them & I confidently predict that you will never use another brand.They were recommended to me by Premier Ink many years ago & I have used them in several different printers.

The reasons I use permier Ink & Paper are that they are recommended by those in the photgraphic world. I have found them extremely fast in their dispatch of cartridges and on the rare occasion I expderienced a problem, I was guided through how to clear it up. So they are my Go To supplier of Remanufactured ink.

Excellent service and turn around of order

Super smiling service. My Canon Printer died, left me with surplus unusable cartridges. Premier Ink welcomed me to their great showroom, unannounced, (I live locally) and they credited the redundant unopened cartridges. Discovered they sell Canon Printers cheaper, next time I will buy the printer from Premier and not wait a week for it to be delivered.

I have used Premier Ink for several years - a first class company - orders always received promptly and excellent products. Highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service and have always found the service second to none. Also the despatch is very good all purchases are sent out very fast. My recent order for a set of two cartridges HP301 colour and black was out of stock and because they didn't know when they may come back into stock and they didn't want me to run out of inks they phoned me and asked how urgent my need was for the inks, after a chat the young lady offered me a choice of what may tide me over until the stock comes in. She didn't want me to just be waiting for the order. How helpful and consideration to the customer was that. Well done,

Fantastic Service - Highly Impressed
I used to get my printer cartridges from a river in South America, but wanting one urgently they declared a minimum order of two and delivery in ten weeks!!
Prior to that another well known internet seller sold me a couple that I swear were not genuine, I'm sure they were compatibles or had been refilled although were sold as OEM and new.
Premier sold me one OEM on its own and it arrived less than 24 hours after ordering and at a lower price than the piranhas wanted. I know exactly where I'll be getting them in future.

Ordered from them before. Excellent prices, swift delivery and it is totally MY fault my camera isn’t able to make use of the super-fast SD memory card. The technical aspects of all that are rather opaque, but I could have asked.
May prove useful in the near future, if I upgrade, and in any event I needed another card.

Placed a small order for some Clip Frames. Website very easy to use. Delivery very fair. Prices very fair and honest. Order arrived next day, to be honest I was VERY surprised, especially as we live rurally. Order extremely well packed. This was probably one of those shopping experiences which was 210%!! Obviously Premier Ink have other items aside of frames, and I had put this company in my bookmarks after placing the order. However, now I know they are there, and other items on sale, if ever I need any of these, Premier Ink will be my first port of call.

I placed a small order with Premier-Ink yesterday morning (8 June, order no 11097171) everything was in stock and it arrived Royal Mail this morning before 9am. Fantastic service, very reasonable post and packing charges (under £2) and Royal Mail obviously played their part as well!
