Have been using Premier Heating for many years both for installation of new boiler and servicing. Very pleased with the conscientious approach Graham always adopts in servicing the boiler.

I have used this company for many years. However they failed to identify a fault and subsequently took a very stroppy line regarding the the extra costs they generated.

I will not use them in future and will urge my friends and associated not to ever use them in the future.

Craig was very thorough. As well as asking if we had had any problems over the last year, he showed us the corroded fragments collected by the magnet from inside the radiators. I shall be seeking to lag the outside condensation pipe (which froze during the 'Beast from the East') with the materials he suggested I buy from a plumbers merchant.
