The soft and firm pillows have proved themselves . Supplied with the quilted pillow sips/ protectors we have found they , like staying in a Premier In. Enhance our sleep both quality and length. Great service delivery very fast. Our mattress was pretty good but we pinched the idea of a mattress topper from Premier Inn stays and got this along with a new deeper mattress protector from John Lewis who supplied the mattress some time ago

Both the pillows and winter quilt were excellent quality. The pillow have removable protectors with zips that made them above and beyond most pillows you buy and having tested them at Premier I knew they were comfortable,

Excellent delivery
Excellent delivery. We were kept up to date about when the mattress would arrive and the guys who brought it in were really polite and helpful. Even negotiated our very steep stairs and tight corners.
Mattress is super comfortable and doesn't collapse when you sit on the edge. It is firm, but that is not a bad thing.

Delivery experience dreadful
Wrong size delivered and had to be replaced. Dreadful delivery company, so bad that the first time I had to order them off my property.
Mattress itself is lovely and very comfortable.

Don't buy a mattress from Premier in but a proper bed shop
New mattress way more soft than experienced in a few premier inns & compresses so much when sitting at the edge of the mattress. I remember on one occasion just how rigid a hotel mattress edge was. Very disapointed. I did buy a double compared to the inns king size but that shouldn't make a difference. Maybe the mattresses in the inns were all Hypnos , but now they have gone to Silentnight. Take a tip. If you want a new mattress go to a proper bed shop and try them out and buy the one you like then. I've learnt my lesson the expensive way.
