Excellent Pillows - rubbish delivery
The pillows I received were excellent. Well wrapped, quick delivery, and very comfortable. But please stop using Evri delivery! I made a complaint about breach of privacy because the driver took a full photo as proof of delivery, and also delivered a flea infestation!

Sooooo Pleased. Best Duvets that I’ve owned.
Loved the fact that I now have two of these 10.5 tog duvets. Super warm but still nice and lightweight. Might order the higher tog for the winter, but so far I don’t think that I will need to.

I placed my order over the weekend and…
I placed my order over the weekend and received my new mattress on the Tuesday, I opted to have my old mattress removed for recycling. The delivery guy's phoned to say they were on their way half an hour before arriving. They removed the old mattress and delivered nice new one, removed the packaging and took it with them with no fuss. I know I was getting a quality mattress that I have already had the experience of sleeping on when I have stayed in a Premier Inn. I found the whole experience hassle free

Splashed out on a Silentnight Premier…
Splashed out on a Silentnight Premier Inn mattress. Very disappointed. Absolutely no comparison to the ones I've slept in at Premier Inns.
Thought I'd give it a couple of months and expected it to improve but it hasn't it's far too firm with no give, every morning I was waking up with back ache and shoulder ache. in fact I can no longer sleep on it and am now sleeping in my spare room whilst I decide what to do with it.

Regular email updates following purchase to delivery.
We bought the bed frame, mattress and headboard and included the removal of the old bed as well.
On the day of delivery I got a call confirming the time and the two men were very polite and helpful firstly by clearing the old bed etc and then installing the new one.
They were quick and very respectful ensuring a smooth build of the new bed etc and mindful not to damage anything. I was very impressed.
The bed itself is firm but comfy and overall very pleased with our purchase.
Would definitely recommend

Wrong size mattress
I order a mattress as I have a back problem. when it came it was the wrong size, so I call them up in the cooling off period to raise the issue only to be told they cannot do anything about it. So many gaps around the mattress my pillow keep falling in. This company is the worst I have ever had to deal with. Not very happy.
