Generally very efficient. No extra (hidden) costs
The solicitor with whom I corresponded the most was generally very helpful. There were periods when I was unaware of what progress had been made but she responded quite quickly to my email and reassured me that all was proceeding as it should. The time frame to complete the whole process was longer than i had been originally advised but this was due to factors beyond the control of Premier Solicitors.

Awful, unprofessional, endless errors
Would have rated a zero if this was an option. Would advise anyone going through probate and needing help guidance to look anywhere else but here. Endless mistakes, forms completed incorrectly no updates or acknowledgment from seniors when they place junior solicitors on matters that are important but happy to charge and take your money before things are completed. We have found premier solicitors to of made what has and is a difficult time for our family losing our dad/husband even harder. You can’t trust the work being done as they can’t even spell names correctly or complete land registry documents correctly. Absolute joke! Awful experience that is sadly still ongoing nearly 2 and a half years later. If you want support and accuracy and trust that matters are handled correctly and with care these aren’t the right stop for you.

Great help with selling a commercial
Matt, Kiyara and the whole team were outstanding. They assisted with a commercial property sale that was quite complex, with lots of delays on the other (buyer’s) side. They really helped keep an open line of communication, were personable and great to work with. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
