Poor service.
An order was placed, only to find later that over half the order was out of stock, despite the website claiming otherwise.
It would be handy if the website was up to date to save with running around to find alternatives.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service - my fault, I ordered some trophies for my Bath City Youth team presentations that weren't right. No hassle, Dean arranged for the new trophies to arrive asap. Quality of all the trophies is excellent and customer service faultless. Recommend.

Late delivery
Late delivery. I was told to expect the trophies by last Saturday or the next working day. It is now currently Thursday and I'm still waiting. I've not been provided with a tracking number and I am hoping they arrive by the end of today. I called yesterday and was told the computers were turned off and the shop is closed till the end of the year.
