Bought the game Fall guys, took ages to get the key, even tho says instant delivery, when I got email to get my code, the site said the purchase has been cancelled, but didnt recieve my money. Send the email 16 days ago, but still no response. Dont buy from those scammers

Terrible service
I bought 3 keys for a new laptop I purchased (Windows 11, Office, IDM). It’s been hours and I still haven’t received any email. I wrote to support and haven’t gotten a response. And when I try to download, it just keeps loading indefinitely, supposedly “Authorizing payment.”
I want a refund or the 3 keys I requested. To be clear, the service is terrible; I do not recommend it.
