Premium Flooring xxl titan hybrid
I’m sharing my experience with Premium Floors because I think other customers deserve to know what I’ve learned. I purchased Titan XXL hybrid flooring that was supplied through a Choices Flooring store, and unfortunately the product has not performed as expected.
Over time, the flooring developed cupping, distortion, lifting panels and visible deterioration. These issues are not what you would expect from a product marketed as durable, stable and suitable for everyday residential use. I trusted the brand and believed the product would be fit for purpose, but my experience has been the opposite.
Premium Floors later advised that the defects “may be caused by elevated moisture in the slab,” but this explanation doesn’t align with the fact that the flooring was sold as appropriate for my home and installed by professionals. As a consumer, you rely on the supplier and manufacturer to ensure the product is suitable for the environment it’s being installed in. When a product fails in normal residential conditions, it leaves you feeling disappointed and unsupported.
I’m sharing this review because I genuinely expected better performance and better support from a well‑known flooring manufacturer. I hope Premium Floors takes this kind of feedback seriously, because customers deserve products that live up to the promises made about durability and long‑term performance.
