Avoid at all costs, ordered grape seed powder, package arrive, but contents was a pure white flavourless product, definitely not grape seed! They haven’t responded to any emails and the phone is never switched on. Find an alternative reliable supplier

They sent me this product with less than 7 months shelf life considering the product is a 6 month supply! Would you want to be popping pills in the last month knowing it expires a month later? Surely you wont be getting the best quality as it could have been more fresh.
Why am I being off loaded products that are close to expiring? They are clearly not bothered in wanting the customer to have the best and freshest product and yet they give it all about how great it is sourced and vegan and organic etc.?
If they had mentioned this on ordering then a customer has a choice but they didn’t. Neither was their customer service of any help as when I complained they said it was still in date so it was fine! I replied back and never heard back from them. Shoddy response to a new customer! Claiming back for a refund, won’t be buying from here again. What other short cuts are they doing behind the scenes?

Poor flimsy packaging as couldn't even unscrew and screw the lid on easily. The contents of the see through plastic tub was powdery as though some of the powder had escaped form the capsule, over all just poor quality

I spent nearly £100 on various items and several days later I received an unclear message that my order had been cancelled. I emailed back and also used the contact form on the website to ask for an explanation, as none was given in the email I received. No response - and I checked my email filter folders every day. I checked my credit card statement every day and it took a few days for the refund to show. I am *guessing* that they have stocking issues and sell items they do not actually stock, as the items were unusual and seemed a very good price. It's a shame, but I wouldn't use them again.

The unflavoured 5kg of whey protein had a very unpleasant yeasty/stale beer aftertaste. I messaged Premium Raws for their comments but heard nothing. Would not recommend.

Put in an order a couple weeks ago. It was supposedly dispatched but its been nearly 3 weeks and received nothing yet. Dropped 2 queries via the official web page and received no reply at all. Now it seems that my account has been removed from their database completely as i can't login nor recover my password. AVOID! 100% SCAM.

I ordered 2 supplements and expected my order within at least 3 days. When I called to find out where my order was, I was told that they did not know. They could not even verify that the order was shipped. They told me that the person who did my order was away on holiday and they would contact me back. I asked for a full refund. It's been 7 days since I placed the order and they promise next day delivery. I wont be ordering again.
