Your delivery company did not delivery…
Your delivery company did not delivery our order and stated that they left a note which is false. We have been home all day, no calls were received and a delivery attempt was not made. We have been trying to reach the delivery company and there are no working phone numbers or email addresses to contact them.

Tremendous let down in service as well as delivery of product
Absolutely livid and gobsmacked about this company. My recommendation is to never order here something precious as the likelihood of not delivering to your home is significant.
I ordered a cupboard while ago and this never arrived to my house. I tried to contact the company's helpdesk and they never pick up the phone neither personally e-mailed me back.

I ordered a sup board. 3-5 Days expected delievery. On the fifth Day, i got a mail.
Sorry, the sup board is sold out!!!
Why dont you tell me in the first place?
Why do you take the payment before you ship items?
And Why do I have to wait 4 Days to get My money back? It took 10 sec. to get them from My account?

Give a fair respons and not s... talk
For approx. 2 weeks ago I ordered a bench via “premiumxl.de” and after 8 working days I got the bench delivered. There was no problem at all with neither the delivery nor the quality of the bench.
The actual reason for this review is all the “s... talk” there has been about “premium.xl” and which I do not think is fair to the Company. I am normally using Trustpilot where I am buying via the internet because I expect it to be a serious feedback channel, which is not the case, when we are talking about above company.
Finally, to those of you, who might think I am paid by “premiumxl.de” to come with these statements. NO, I AM NOT.
My great thanks to premiumxl.de from a 100% satisfied Danish Costumer.
