DELIVERY ERROR - NO SUPPORT AND NO ANSWER
We purchased a car seat on Prenatal spanish website.
We received a package 3 days later but it was not the right item (a seat base without a car seat). We contacted them directly by message and chased them a couple day later to sort this out. No answer at all!
We looked for a phone number to follow up but they don’t have one (what serious website does not have a client services number???)
We called a store to get more information, but again no help from them. They told us to solve this through the website and didn’t have a number to call.
=> So we have no contact with Prenatal, no trace of our money (around 150€), a big and heavy package with the wrong item in our flat, and still no car seat for our trip that is in 2 days… with a new born of 3 weeks and no support from Prenatal (who made the mistake) i have no idea how to deal with this and if/how/when we will get the car seat we urgently need.

Careless with clients
Be careful with this shop they charged me 30 euros for a loyally card which I thought was pre paid card that I could spend in the shop, when I realize the tramp I asked my money back and they didn’t give me money back . I would avoid it since they are non professionals and don’t care about clients satisfaction.

Ho pagato dopo - ho questo penso que passa de 30 euros io poso fare un altro pago - lei ha cambiato discurso me ha detto que non que non poteva usare - que era 30 euro de attivazione però no me ha detto prima - ho detto non me interessa voglio cancellare - me ha refutato
