Last minute pause!!
Had to pause my subscription for this coming week, and, once again, team PK, on this occasion Jordan, got back to me first thing this morning to confirm it was all sorted, as I only found out late last night that I needed to go away next week!! The customer service at PK is unlike any other company I have to deal with!! If only others could be more ‘PK’ life would be so much easier!! Excellent job!! Highly recommend!!

Excellent healthy meal delivery service
Excellent meal delivery service in all aspects. The food is high quality and very tasty, easy to track macros which is great for my diet and training programme. Love the low carb, high protein, muscle gain options. Great selection and a reasonable price considering the variety and convenience compared to meal prepping myself. Delivery has been smooth with DPD and never had a missed items.
Excellent customer service also, I had a call with Callum today to check if everything was going well after month with the service and he gave me a small discount as I mention a very minor packaging issue with ONE of the breakfasts I had in a previous pack. Really appreciate the fact they call to check without prompt and a nice resolution to an issue I didn't even think worth raising.
Overall very happy customer and will continue to use.

Wasteful packaging…
My son has been ordering meals for the last few weeks. Generally happy with the quality of the food but I find the fact that they don't collect the boxes or ice packs very wasteful. Packaging says to recycle but this is no way compensates for the cost of producing these boxes or the plastic waste created by the ice packs. Have told him to stop ordering unless the company changes their policy.

Prep Kitchen has been a game changer for me. As a busy mum, I was looking for something that’s both convenient and genuinely tasty and they absolutely deliver on both. The meals are delicious, and it’s such a relief knowing dinner is already sorted for the week.

The meals are amazing and the available choices is incredible and impossible to get bored of the same meal. The portion sizes and taste are amazing and as busy professionals enjoying these meals at dinner time is hassle free and very convenient and we chose high protein low carb which are very tasty.

Superb food, excellent customer service.
The food came exactly on time with ice packs in the box. The food is very tasty, all the macros are on each meal which is very helpful. Callum gave me a ring as a courtesy call to check in with how I found the food. Really friendly staff and great customer service. I now plan to use prep kitchen for my first bodybuilding competition, the high protein and low calorie options make cutting weight easy. I’m a very happy customer.

Been using Prep Kitchen for a number of weeks now, the main meals are fantastic, and the quality of protein is better than any of their competitors. Had a damaged tub in my first order, which Sam kindly sorted for me. Only let down is the overnight oats, flavour not good and served in an oversized tray, which isn’t needed.
