Poor Refund Experience

Placed an order that, for financial reasons, I then had to cancel.

They acknowledged my cancellation request quickly, saying that a refund ‘had been processed and may take up to 7 days’ to be credited.

So far, so good, although they did ask me why I was cancelling - just a tip for other readers, you’re not obliged to give a reason when cancelling.

8 days later - sent an email asking for an update and got an immediate bot reply saying they’re very busy and not to resend as it’ll take longer to reply if you do.

15 days later - now outside of the CCR regs when a refund should be processed. Sent another email asking for an update and got the same bot reply saying they’re busy.

I’ve now raised a dispute with Amex - the first time I’ve ever had to do that with any card provider and I didn’t do it lightly.

I don’t think this business is a scam as such, but it’s definitely a badly run, possibly drop ship enterprise trying to see what they can get away with.

I work in retail and I still got sucked in by a pretty good website and prices. Should have read the reviews first.

Avoid these guys.

I made two separate orders a day apart. One order was packaged, sent and arrived within the delivery window. Unfortunately the other order, still after 12 days, hasn't been sent. The company hasn't responded to emails I have sent regarding the missing order nor do they have an active phone number to call.

Consistently chased for my 2 orders over weeks. No updates and then inaccurate delivery date.
And that was only one order. Not my 1st order which I have received it.
My finds with Preper shop due to unavailable items it would seem but they don’t let you know !!

DO NOT ORDER !

The order was placed 3 months ago for a few items said to be in stock on the website. It was later said there was a delay in processing continued by radio silence from the customer support team and it took an additional week for a refund to even begin processing. Extremely disappointed and poor customer support.

Still waiting on delivery. Every time I log on I get the same message about getting ready for delivery...that was over 2 weeks ago.
Sent 2 emails to Customer Service with no reply to any of them.
Piss take of a company.
I'll review this only when I receive items.

Customer Service is shocking they are happy to take your money and not get back to you about delivery i had to go through my bank for a refund as they lied and said something was in stock never use this company for anything iver 400 pounds took from me and had to fight to get it back after waiting weeks with no replies from them

The worst online shopping ever

The worst online shopping I've ever experienced, wish I'd read the reviews before dealing with this scummy company. Much the same customer service as many of the other reviews on here. Payment was taken the day after I placed my order before any despatch note was issued, tried to contact them through email twice with no replies to find out when my goods would be dispatched, which I had paid £4.99 for delivery between 3-5 working days, but received no reply.
Became concerned and raised a Visa dispute to get my money back, which I emailed them about and cancelled the order, 2 weeks later the goods arrived, they then took me to small claims court with out contacting me for what they claimed was a fraudulent Visa dispute. Avoid at all costs

Please do not order from this company

Please do not order from this company, I placed an order and received no despatch information, first email to the company they said it was because of a Bank Holiday even though I placed my order a week before the Bank holiday, second email to chase my order they said they were still waiting on some items to be delivered to them.
Third email asking for a despatch date and why they had sold items showing in stock that actually were not in stock, they have never responded to this and I never received a despatch notification.
I have had to contact PayPal for a refund as the company do not respond or refund. I have only given 1 star because I have to.
They need investigating!!!

I've ordered many things over the years…

I've ordered many things over the years from this shop in the beginning communication was good and delivery was fast and efficient but the last 3 order's ive made have all been much longer than the stated 3-5 days with one order taking nearly a month and a half only to be told the item wasn't in stock ! Even though the website said in stock the whole time! And emails are taking longer to be answered this used to be the best prepping shop out there what has happened!!

Item arrived as agreed. Delivery took longer than expected, but customer service kept me well informed. They are a small business, so might be a little rough around the edges. Have patience and respect and the team will return the same. Would order again from them.

Seems to be a scam or Chinese drop shipper

Almost 3 weeks with no despatch or tracking information. Emailed 3 times and only got a response on one email. I'm guessing this is a Chinese drop shipper. I'm going to contact my bank with the correspondence evidence for a Section 75 refund.
