Do not buy a car from these people. Run! Go somewhere else. Bought a car from these cowboys that was delivered 2 days late with no explanation or communication. When the vehicle did arrive, it started overheating after 1 mile of driving, and it came up on the dashboard no coolant top up now. The RAC put 3 gallons of water in it and towed it to my local garage where it still is. The garage have stopped answering the phone to me now. £1,000 repair bill from my garage and all I get from Prestige Motor Village is verbal abuse and get told to f off! Stay away!

Extremely disappointing experience and one I would strongly advise others to be cautious about.
The salesperson/ owner Gavin Kelly, came across as pushy and misleading from the start. We were asked to pay a £100 holding fee and were explicitly told that it would be refunded if the sale did not go ahead. Based on that assurance, we agreed.
After the vehicle was taken off sale, we discovered that the car was not actually a 2016 model as we had been led to believe, but a 2015 model. This immediately raised concerns about the accuracy of the information we had been given.
We subsequently found a newer and better vehicle elsewhere and decided not to proceed. We contacted the salesperson within a matter of hours to request the return of our £100 holding fee, exactly as previously promised. Instead of honouring that commitment, the salesperson abruptly ended the phone call and has failed to return either the fee or our subsequent calls.
The issue is not the £100 itself, but the principle of making promises to secure a deposit and then refusing to honour them when the customer decides not to proceed. The combination of inaccurate vehicle information, pressure-selling tactics, and the refusal to refund a fee that was clearly stated to be refundable has left us feeling completely misled.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company and would urge potential customers to get every promise in writing before handing over any money.

complete time wasters, obviously with massive cashflow issues. a danger to buy from or sell too.

Bought my new car from Prestige. Fantastic service from start to finish. Great company to deal with, staff are extremely polite and helpful. My car was delivered to my house, fully valeted, they arranged for car tax and owners name to be changed too - completely stress fee 10/10. Thanks again!

Difficult to put stars on. Since I have had ownership of this vehicle. All I seem to do is find issues with it. On day 1. I informed gavin of the brakes and possibly the disks being warped.

Then the air conditioning motor being so loud like it's broken.

Gavin kindly said take it to a garage and get a quote. But I work as a locum in surgical theatres. I don't have time to put it in or make arrangements. I take time off work to do this I lose pay.

I then checked the mot and found it wasn't redone and has only 3 months mot when I was told a fresh one will be put on the car.

Then the rear boot won't open. It's a good job the boot window opens at least I had access to my shopping.

Now. You had the car for over 3 weeks and Michelle stated that you had to wait for an electrician to sort the boot door.

Obviously he didn't do a good job of it.

I paid near on £4k for what I hoped was a reliable car. Don't get me wrong it drives lovely and is spotless but deceiving.

I'm not in a position to get to into a garage because I work for a living and that's why I needed the car. To get to work. Also for me to take time off work to deal with these issues mean I won't get paid. I work as a locum in a hospital so I need a reliable car.
Can you please come up with a solution to solve these issues.

Even if it means you collecting the car to sort.
Communication. Gavin only communicates when he feels like it. I have emailed them the issues and messaged him. But when I put a review up he calls. The issue there is. I can't answer my phone during the day.
My feeling is the want the 3 months warranty to run out and then it's all my issues then not there's its a Coinsidence the mot and warranty are 3 months

Here's my reason why people should think twice about using this company.

We purchased a Tesla model X P90D through this company and at the time it was a Facebook associate who had just started his business.
Being a business owner, I know how the support given by people we know can be very helpful.

After choosing the car we wanted, the deal was done. Everything was fine and going well until,

We recieve a letter from our finance company with a change of registration. We were told the car had a private reg and was the same car. It wasn't, a complete lie.

When the car arrived, low and behold it wasn't tge P90D we purchased. It was a standard 90D. To add insult, the car delivered was nothing short of a lemon. Constant issues and faults, a cheaper fixer upper probably purchased at auction.

Long story short, 1 and a half years later, we have no where to turn as the finance company won't have anything to do with their dodgy behaviour. We are stuck with a faulty Tesla that we are paying premium rates for.

Agreed to purchase my vehicle through Motorway.co.uk on Thursday 28th September

Agreed to collect on Friday 6th October - only to inform me that their "driver had Covid" and a new collection date would be Sat 7th or Mon 9th October. These didn't happen due to a "family emergency"
From Tuesday 11th October they stopped responding to message and didn't answer phone calls
Finally on Wednesday 12th October (after I had to issue an ultimatum) they advised that they would be reneging on the implied contract and that I should relist the vehicle with Motorway.co.uk

Due to the poor performance of Prestige I have suffered (and will continue to suffer) additional costs for insurance / storage which I will seek to recover

I hope if you do consider buying through this company they treat you a lot better

Amazing from start to finish. Found the car I wanted well within budget. Great communication and delivered to my door! Perfect service from start to finish!

I am extremely grateful to Dave for literally helping me out last minute. If it wasn’t for Dave, I would have been in a big financial mess or even carless.

My first car was sourced by Dave at a previous company he worked at. Dave had left that company since then and my agreement had come to an end. I ran into some issues when trading my previous car at the end of the agreement.

I found Dave on Instagram, asked for his help within a week, not only did he source my car but sorted my finance application out too.

I will be saving Dave’s detail so when it’s time to trade my car again, I will be contacting Dave again without doubt.

This is the third car I've got from Chris as he's that good! 100% professional service from start to finish. saw the car on a Monday and it was on my drive that Friday!!!! would highly recommend Chris and his team at prestige specialist cars to anyone looking or needing help for a new motor!! Chris and the team have made this the easiest process, after crashing my car I have had nothing but stress, soon as I knew what I wanted they found it within days, within a couple of weeks the keys are in my hands and now in love with my new car! Recently purchased a car from Prestige and ever since the get go, nothing but professional customer service. Chris helped me through everything! The turn round on receiving the car was within a week!
Unfortunately the car had a little problem with it but with one quick call to Prestige they instantly got the car back off me and got it repaired within a few days and also gave me a car whilst it was getting done. Cannot thank the guys enough! Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting a car. Friendly, helpful and good communication throughout. very patient which is good when your as fussy as me. Found exactly what i wanted and within my budget. Will definitely be using again. Thanks guys!!
