I bought 4 piece set luxury mat for £45.95 where the main reason for buying was to get a heel pad for driver mat, unfortunately the heel pad was not placed where it should be. I messaged the seller regarding my dissatisfaction but didn’t expect much from them. To my surprise, they called me and said that they will send a new mat with the heel pad where I wanted it to be. I sent them measurements and they have sent not only the driver mat but other 3 mats as well free of cost! The postage was super quick. I asked them should I return the previous ones? They said no need for that! As a tiny business owner myself I always guarantee 100% customer satisfaction, but felt extremely happy to be treated the same how I treat my customers. This is how customers should get value for money. Thanks for going above and beyond. I wish you all the very best and hope you’ll keep this high standard of service forever.

Nicely made! had 3 sets of rubber mats before for different cars, and these mats are the first to have no outer rim around the mats to stop the water going off the edge onto the carpet underneath

First time purchasing from Prestige car mat company and it was very positive. Mats came as discribed and in the custom colours I ordered. Fit perfectly to the vehicle also. I messaged them on WhatsApp for an update and they were very responsive and sent me all the details I asked for. The mats look of good quality and were exactly what I was after. Didn't want anything too thick as found they are harder to clean. Time will tell on durability but as the car is only used for leisure I'm hoping we'll be using them for years to come. After reading some of the reviews I was a bit unsure of ordering but decided to as they had the colour combination I was after. Dispached and delivered the next day via Evri. Can recommend and would use again in the future.

Went for the standard pile in the boot of my 2015 Mazda 3 and the executive mat’s inside the interior. Amazed at how well they fitted and the quality of the trim around the edge. My only regret is not going for the prestige carpet inside instead

Over the years I’ve had many car mats made, and these ones are head and shoulders above the rest.
I always spent a little more for the higher GSM, but always felt a little underwhelmed when they arrived. So this time I called the company and spoke to someone directly. He told me what I wanted to hear and I ordered my new mats 2 minutes after putting the phone down.
I opted for the highest quality and paid a very fair price for them. When they arrived I was instantly chuffed to bits. The pile was perfect and the shape and overall feel of all the mats ere top class. I would recommend Prestige car mats every day of the week. I will be buying mine and my Mrs mats from here from now on.
