Outstanding, customer service I couldn't have been happier.
The entire experience, was such & treat.
An international transaction, sourcing parts locally often comes with pain & suffering. The team at Prestige Car Service just ticked all the boxes, from start to finish. I received extremely difficult to source parts for my beautiful CLK55, faster then getting a birthday card from one end of Australia to the other.

Car has an oil leak which they can not find.
Asked for an oil change while its there and the sump plug has been damaged but they're in denial of whos fault that is.
Either way theres a damaged sump plug left on without giving me the option to have the issue sorted. Unprofessional.
Was given a price for work over the phone, then when i arrived, the bill was higher.
I worked in a garage for years and we would never have approached service or repairs the way they do. We would keep the customer informed and not leave a rounded off sump plug on car without talking to the customer first, whatelse do they leave?!
Completely unprofessional amature garage. Poor service, poor attitudes, inaccurate quotes. Not a clue on how to interact with customers.
Poor experience overall.

I've used the garage a few times now and have been impressed with their knowledge and no nonsense approach. On each visit I've explained the issue, and they've identified the problem even before diagnostic verification. If you require specialists, look no further.

Been using PCS for about 4 years now however this time when picking up the car after having it serviced I was told that 2 of the tyre valves were broken and needed replacing as I would not be able to inflate them. Turns out the valve stems had snapped off while they were trying to remove the corroded valve caps. I subsequently spoke to them about the quality of service to give me back my car like this rather than resolve the issue and essentially was told.....I should be thankful that they had told me they had snapped the valve stems as most garages wouldn't and that it was wear and tear and not their responsibility. I'm sorry but to me that is not a prestige service and so I'll take my business else where in the future

Have been using this garage for a couple of years now. Always good quality work at reasonable prices. I travel up from Plymouth as it’s worth it . They are trustworthy and professional

Drove from Maidstone, Kent to have some work done by these lovely guys. I cannot recommend them enough, they are very passionate and they do look after cars the proper way. If you can handle the drive it is well worth bringing your car down to them. 10/10 and will definitely return!!!

Was stranded on my driveway with a dead battery. Came to my rescue with a new battery after they had finished work. Excellent service and they understand the problems customers may have. Highly recommended.

Honest experts. Renowned service and quality. Recommend for your Mercedes new or old. Better than main dealer!!! Any day!!!
