Prestige Furniture Reviews 

After I had been let down badly by a major on-line retailer, I received excellent and very friendly service from the minute I stepped into Prestige. I was allowed to spend as much time as I wanted looking at different items without being hassled, but was given clear professional advice and help when I asked for it. It is a distinct advantage being able to go and see the items in stock and assess the quality and appearance. The top of the range delivery service was very good and worth paying the extra for. I have already recommended Prestige to several people, who have all commented very positively on the quality of the furniture. I wouldn't hesitate to go there again, wish I had found Prestige in the first place!

Purchased ex display sofa and am very pleased with same. Delivery company were so good we booked them for our house move!

Top quality furniture. Great service. Great price. Bought some bedroom furniture from Prestige. The helpful salesman pointed me in the right direction and I found some lovely cabinets and a wardrobe that suited my needs perfectly. Beautiful painted oak with with natural wooden top. Have also bought a dining table and TV cabinet from here in the past. Always had first class service from walking in the door to receiving delivery. I will always start my search for furniture at Prestige. By the way, the prices are also really good!

Great service with a personal touch.

We bought quite a few items at Prestige and took a lot of time deciding on which were the best sofas, colour schemes, etc. Throughout the whole ordering process we had Philip's full support, advice and infinite patience!

The customer support after sales, during the whole delivery and exchange of one item, which had a small problem, was absolutely spot on.

We are very grateful for all the help and support given us.

We opted to have the furniture put together by the delivery team. All went well but the table was a new design and we did have a few goes to make the middle work. Had to go back to Newton Abbot for a demonstration.
The glass top coffee table had some black marks on it. Someone from the office came out and agreed with us. So we can keep damaged one until new one arrives.

Dining table and bed had to be replaced twice, chest of drawers had to be replaced three times. The faults in the furniture are obviously as a result of furniture manufactured in a hot environment? (Far East) Could not fault the quality of the packaging but would question why the faulty goods were packaged? QA control?

Would be 5 Stars but I ordered over a £1000 worth of goods, which enabled free delivery. One item was out of stock and was delivered later for which I was charged £25. A bit mean.........

The service I received was very good and helpful.

Excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly, they let you know they are there to help but do not pester. We had a problem with our order but the staff put it right straight away with no quibbling. We have no hesitation in recommending Prestige, and have/will continue to use them in the future.

The service in the shop was very good but the delivery service was not impressive, with us being told when we purchased the bed that delivery could be in an evening or Saturday but when delivery man called to arrange it was first thing on a week day only. However, it turned out that prestige first thing was more like 10 am, and they're only 2 miles down the road, then they forgot to leave all the pieces and my husband had to take time off to take delivery at about 2pm. When trying to assemble the bed we discovered the holes hadn't been lined up correctly, we contacted the shop and we were told the person who deals with this type of problem was on holiday, we ended up fixing it ourselves. Very disappointed with after service and it has put me off buying anything from Prestige again.

I had some problems with my delivery address after ordering my bed and Prestige (Dan) were really helpful and patient which alleviated a lot of my stress over the situation. There were no pushy sales or after sales tactics and I am very grateful. I would not hesitate to recommend Prestige as it has that personal touch so missing in some of the "chains". If I can also mention the delivery partner next door to Prestige was also excellent. All round great products, great service and a job well done thank you. I'll be back!

Helpful and efficient, and I appreciated the range of furniture on offer, enabling me to select the right sort and size.

Delayed delivery/ completely forgot our delivery, we had to call to find out about the furniture and it was late by a week!!
