I have been purchasing paving products from prestige sandstone over the past 12 months and just by chance I stumbled across them after a trip to my storage container .
My favorites are the Kandla grey riven packs /the raj blend riven packs and the Mint ivory sawn and honed packs quality Is fantastic with no breakages to date touch wood ! Thank you for such a personal service

Having searched the internet for high quality paving suppliers , we came across Prestige sandstone, we didn’t need much as we only have a small back garden having tried two or three other companies who weren’t particularly interested in the small amount we ordering and charging silly prices ,we tried Prestige Sandstone, from the initial call they would happily supply what we needed

It was such a pleasure to deal with a company that actually cares about their customers. I would highly recommend prestige sandstone, not only for the excellent quality of sandstone but for the high level of customer service I received. Both Steve and Beverley were able to answer all my product related questions, accurately calculate quantities I needed (so as to keep the cost within my budget) and also provide invaluable information about what cleaning products I could use. Nothing I asked them was too trivial and they responded to all my questions promptly. I was having a bit of a melt down as I thought I had permanently stained my slabs. Steve was able to offer educated advice on how to remove the marks and reassured me that they would be fine. I took his advice and in the end we were so happy with our beautiful patio we placed a second order to extend it. What was most impressive about prestige sandstone is how personal the service was, in such unprecedented times, i know Beverley and steve worked hard to ensure that my order was delivered on time to meet our needs.

I can definitely recommend this company. Very easy to deal with and always ready to help. I was let down by the landscaper after already ordered the Indian stones and when I finally found another company to do the job They were available over 2 months after ordering the slabs. I asked Steve if he could delay the delivery for long as possible and they did with no issue. This gave peace of mind to go on holiday and not worry about the 4 pallets of stones sitting on my drive way. When the day came do to the work we had made a small change to the lay out which meant I needed a few more bullnose pieces, got on the phone again with them and it was all sorted very quickly. The whole experience was made better by how helpful Steve and his team were since I was let down at the start and it took a lot longer than planned. I am very pleased with them and I will definitely go back to complete the garden and driveway.

I purchased over 100 sq meters of the Indian sandstone, from Prestige sandstone in March 2020.
I love the slabs, the service I received was excellent and very customer focused.
I have contacted Steve many times since for advise and have always received a quick response.
My fitter was very impressed with the quality of the slabs and has recommended them to other customers

After doing some comparisons and looking at different companies products and ordering quantities and methods I chose prestige sandstone. I can’t thank Beverly and the team at Prestidge sandstone enough. I was quite nervous about placing an order as this is something I’ve been saving for for some time. The customer service and communication was impeccable, keeping me updated as to where my product was and when it would be delivered at a date convenient to me. As I am managing my own project I had quite a few questions and Beverly was able to answer all those and put my mind at ease. It was a real pleasure to speak to a human being and not be faced with FAQs and online chat with a robot that is often the case in this day and age when you deal with companies. A pleasure to buy from and the product is sensational. My partner is a stonemason and works with stone every day but not laying patios. I thought he’d be a tough cookie to please, especially as he left me to it and he is very impressed with the finish and quality of the stone. Thank you.
