I’ve placed two orders with this company. The quality of the product is excellent. The delivery charges are very fair. The delivery was fast. The ordering process and confirmation was extremely efficient. I cannot praise them enough.

Ordered some panels for our garden. They arrived quickly, delivery was well communicated and well packaged. The panels look great (especially after rain) so I ordered some more, only I made a mistake and got the wrong ones!

While it is unusual to have to pay for return postage, not all businesses have the margins to pay for postage and I messed up so I don't mind.

Main thing is I returned the wrong order and have quickly and without any fuss received a full refund (less the aforementioned postage of course).

Beautiful product and exceptional customer service. Well worth the investment on every level. Our dogs love their new bed.

I was assured that delivery would be 2-4 working days. I ordered on a Wednesday and received them 8 days later. Three phone calls and an email later. Everyone says something different. Would I use again ? NO.

Used it in my garden as a border very nice and looks great very sturdy.

The product was not as expected.
The pales were much thinner than normal and the my mind inferior to the standard paling fencing.
Thereturn policy of Prestige Wicker would mean I would have to pay for the courier which would cost me the same amount as the purchase price.
There was no compromise from Prestige Wicker on this.

Great sturdy basket, ideal for my task of presenting rosettes at the first international show jumping show in Cheshire uk.

A bit disappointed, the pet carrier I ordered has a lot of sharp edges which I will have to fix before my cats use it. It's still very beautiful looking and I'd rather keep it and fix it than return it but for the price it cost, I don't think I should be having to do DIY to make it useable.

Also I know it's not the prestige wicker's fault, but FedEx delivered my parcel to the completely wrong address, not even the correct street. Thankfully the person who received it was kind enough to return it to me and drop it off but I had no idea as I hadn't received any shipping updates whatsoever.

Very slow response after purchase and poor communication.

We received a faulty dog basket. I sent photos immediately for a refund however I was sent a label to take it back to an evri parcel shop. I said this was not feasible as I do not live near one nor have a printer. Customer service was terrible, and they said it would not be collected I would have to take to the parcel shop. We’ve also had terrible flooding.
Avoid. I will be bringing it up with my credit card company. The item is faulty which is understood, I should be refunded as per my consumer rights

Rubbish. I placed an order and was told it would arrive possibly yesterday but if not today. I have heard nothing about delivery today. I have rung them twice this morning and spoken to Ali who claimed he hadn’t spoken to mr earlier. He is unable to check my order and can only pass on messages to the company. What a joke. Wish I had ordered through primrose who I used before and who were great.

This is an excellent company. I cannot recommend then highly enough. Exactly what I was looking for.
