Lovely product but much bigger than expected.

The product arrived promptly and in very good condition. Unfortunately it was much too big (the photo on the website must have been AI or similar, but has now been changed) so I had to send it back. The dimensions were listed, but difficult to find, and also a little smaller in width and depth than in real life (I guess because handmade). Was refunded for the product with no problems. The only annoying thing was returns were not free, as I would not have bought it if the photo was more realistic about the size. Other than that, would buy again from this company. Lovely looking products.
