My daughter had a journal from this website on her birthday list - ordered 3 weeks ahead of said birthday, now a month AFTER her birthday journal is yet to be received. Tracking was only provided upon demand and stopped abruptly with item landing in US more than 2 weeks ago - still has not been delivered.

I am happy with the items I received, but I did not receive three of the items I paid for. A sketchbook that was almost $50, my daughter’s coloring book and metallic markers.

Wish I had read this before I ordered…
Wish I had read this before I ordered from them. I ordered mid April and it’s mid July and I haven’t had any responses from customer service. Tracking number shows it landed in Canada in May but that’s it. Don’t buy from them.
Follow up: so now through this review they are asking for info but I already finally received an email saying they would get back to me as soon as they have an update, 5 days ago.
July 21 2020 update: received my package yesterday. It’s what it claims to be. Not sure it’s worth the hassle, no customer service or delay.

travel water colour set
Their little travel water colour set is great. Easy to use and so handy. Some of the colours are not exactly like the colour swatches but you can easily work around it. They have different palette choices. My order was mailed to me within days.
