I ordered a Brighton flatweave lounge rug online. Unfortunately there was a picking error and I received a runner. I called the store and a lovely lady had the store manager called me back within 5 minutes, they couldn't apologise enough. They organised for the item I ordered to be sent next day delivery and the runner to be collected. It was quite late on in the day so they done an amazing job. Fantastic customer service and our rug is amazing quality and looks amazing. They beat every price online. Will shop here again x
