I was after a pair of sunglasses that were sold out and they very kindly told me that, with some patience, they could try and get them in for me. Refund on Sunglasses locke in Royal Mail office.
I am dissappointed that Pretavoir did not chase up sunglasses that I had ordered and were in the Royal Mail Purley office and could not be delivered due to faulty address. After I had bought a replacement pair of sunglasses, I am now waiting for my refund which is now many days.
