Long time customer, great product and great quality, strong recommendation for this brand

Bought a pair of the Burnage jeans a couple of years ago, and was pleasantly surprised. Bought a second pair recently and they’re night and day.

The quality of the ‘new’ pair is quite frankly, terrible. Very disappointing. The material feels cheap and rough, the finishing (which is the tell of high quality jeans) is awful and the overall feel seems cheap- which is ironic, considering the price. If they weren’t bought from the Pretty Green store, I’d swear they were knockoffs.

No sign or order, placed weeks ago. No reply to contact.
Rididculous. Please refund me.

Absolutely shocking service, bought an item it doesn't fit, their returns and customer service are a f**kin joke, I accidentally asked for a printed label when I needed it done at post office, they come back saying they CANT AMEND it so I have no option but to sell them on vinted. Avoid Avoid Avoid 😡

Been shopping with pretty green for years, service and quality being great every time. Bought some shorts and jeans lately and quality and detail has gone downhill, pictures wrong on website and still waiting for a reply 17 days after I raised an issue. Doubtful I’ll be buying from them again sadly as they were my go to brand. Not sure if it’s to do with Mike Ashley taking over them that’s caused the issue but certainly isn’t the same.

The courier made a mistake with the delivery and purchase went missing. I contacted customer service and they sorted out everything very quickly. The representative that dealt with this was superb. I couldn't praise them enough.

This company by far is the worst. There customer service is terrible, I’ve sent stuff back and I’ve had no refund, they won’t respond. I’m at the point of going to there warehouse because I can’t get to speak to anyone. Very good at getting items delivered but the moment you want to return or exchange. You might as well keep your items. Honestly they disgrace and I’ll never buy from them again

I am writing to express my severe disappointment regarding a recent purchase, a Cass Parker jacket, which I bought from Pretty Green.
Unfortunately, the dye from the jacket ran significantly upon wearing, causing damage to the clothing I wore underneath and staining my skin blue. I am understandably not impressed by this quality issue.
I complained to Pretty Green and was only offered a free return label. There was no apology for the ruined item of clothing, nor any offer to cover the cost of my stained T-shirt.
This is the second item I have purchased from Pretty Green that has had the color run, which reflects a serious quality control issue.
I expect a better resolution than what was offered and a satisfactory explanation regarding this repeated quality failure.

BEWARE IF ORDERING FROM IRELAND OR ABROAD: My package was stolen en route. I did receive my refund but I had a empty package arrive on delivery which was disheartening. I loved this brand, don't get me wrong but You're better off ordering from sports direct or atom retro they're far safer. My package apparently left with the item inside altough when I recieved it the package was sealed with nothing but an invoice inside. I don't know who to believe but I'm left with no jacket and a €200+ refund. Not buying from them direct ever again, once people see the package and realise its expensive there's a chance it'll be stolen. I asked for another to be sent for the inconvenience but they just gave me a straight refund which is fine but I wanted that jacket so bad. Sorry lads, you lost a loyal one.

Poor quality shoes, not as nice as the photos. Then charged £6.99 to return them. Not great

I bought a PG bag which broke almost immediately where the shoulder strap meets the bag and without me putting anything heavy in it. They did replace it for me but the second one broke in exactly the same way on about the fifth use. I have similar style / size bags from other firms (eg Fred Perry and also Nike) that have lasted for years and are still going strong.

I have been shopping with pretty green for a number of years and spent an awful lot of money with them. I will not be spending any more money with them as I had a parcel go missing which was only a hat and there customer service was rubbish a man called Joseph was in charge off my case and he as been no help what so ever so I am washing my hands on them and won’t be shopping with them anymore

I love Pretty Green Parkas and Polo shirts. However, I wanted to get to the bottom of sizing, what is the difference between a L5 and a L? I’ve bought in both and it’s strange with these sizing, please can someone answer this question for me as it’s thrown me a few times with buying online. Thanks

Received a faulty item (had a hole in the stitching). Attempted to contact customer services, only way appears by email. Sent two emails, both of which were ignored. Now have to pay to send back an item that would have been kept if not for the fault. Should not have to pay for returns in these circumstances

Ordered two items that where delivered to the wrong address. Jasmine immediately sought to resolve the matter, which she did promptly and professionally. Great quality and good value.

Ive bought many items from Pretty Green and have always rated their products.

However, I had a nightmare at the weekend and ordered a Polo Shirt in the wrong size. Having noticed once i got order confirmation, i contacted Customer Services to inform them of my error and to seek a refund. The enquiry was responded to and actioned really quickly by Jasmine. Refund paid within 48hrs. I'll be back to buy more clothes soon, .........hopefully by selecting the correct size this time.
