This was shipped much quicker than expected considering they explain in your order confirmation that there are only two people running the business as well as other businesses. On arrival it was packed beautifully. Then the actual ring is stunning. So well made. Sizing is perfect. I haven't taken it off since. Also because of the high quality materials used, I've been able to sleep and shower with the ring on with absolutely no issues or tarnishing. They were also running a promotion of £20 off your first order so really feel like I got a bargain.

I chose a stunning ring with an Amethyst stone as a centrepiece. The price was very fair.

As a lover of all things ‘Goth’ for literally all of my life, finding pieces of jewellery that absolutely represent my loves, desires and oddities has not always been easy. Many pieces are mass produced and poorly manufactured and so many people have the same. What I adore and indeed admire is the sheer love of Hannah’s and Oli’s art and skills that I can palpably feel in their pieces. My recent piece is the beautiful Mausoleum ring which has had its’ challenge for Hannah due to me finding sizing difficult possibly affected due to its’s size and weight and my small fingers. But Hannah has gone above and beyond to get it perfect for me…and it absolutely is. I very much appreciate what she has done and look forward to showing it off. Thank you💜✌️

Great unique, hand crafted jewellery and prompt, friendly customer service. Lovely packaging, lifetime guarantee, at least on the ring we ordered. Just check on sizings; despite us using a standard UK /EU ring sizer, we got it wrong! Absolutely no problem exchanging for the right size. You may want to go a size down, especially for the heavier rings, but that is a personal view, so do check with Luna Lux. Many thanks to Hannah. Peace and Love.

I have only bought from the online store once but I have bought from physical stalls too! Everything there is always really high quality and the low price is a bonus. The owners have always been more than happy to help with any issues/answer any questions. Would highly recommend!
