I just wrote my whole presentation, then i get a login/signup while. I log in and then my whole text and prompt that i wrote is gone. Terrible user experience and am just moving to another presentation tool.
I hate when this happens and SaaS doesnt do anything about it

Damn Prezi is crazy. You can literally delete your account and still be charged. What a scam! Watch out

Took out a free trial. Tried to cancel it, thought it was done, just been informed that they won’t refund a YEAR subscription even though I’m a student. No refund for services not yet given? Disgusting and predatory, not to mention unreasonable.
Their AI feature is also clunky and useless. Bad product, and they know it- that’s why they’re refusing refunds. Taking all the money they can on a sinking ship.

Do not do business with this company- they are truly con artists!

As a transparent company, you should warn customers when trial periods are up for renewal and when a customer tries to cancel within minutes of the cancellation only to wait several days for a reply. No refund will be issued as its per t&c’s. Even though i had been out of the country and was trying to get on to cancel and couldn’t get online quick enough to the end period. DISGUSTING SERVICE

“I am extremely dissatisfied with Prezi’s business practices. Within just 12 months, my yearly subscription fee was doubled without any prior notice or opportunity to renew under the original terms. The amount was automatically deducted from my account without my consent. This conduct is unacceptable and does not reflect a company that honors its contracts.”

I started a trial subscription of EduPlus for an academic review of presentation technologies with integrated AI available to students like me.

Prezi advised that they would notify me before the trial subscription was due to end. This notification didn't arrive however and I was charge the annual price for EduPlus.

Despite requesting a refund, their response was simply that i attempted to cancel after the trial period had finished (30 minutes after), that they are refusing my refund and that any further contact from me relating to this would be closed down.

I sent two further contacts through their site advising them that their AI integration offering was poor and lodging a complaint relating to their practices. However both of these contacts were closed down without even the simple courtesy of a response.
To any students looking for a presentation solution, don't be fooled by the surface-level, limited flashy visuals.beneaty the surface there is a money-grabbing, ruthless organisation who do NOT have customer satisfaction as even a distant priority to revenue flow.

They have a predatory billing model and subpar A.I integration for their design. They mention how they will notify you 2 days before they charge you and then proceed to bill without ever sending that email. Canceled and requested a refund and told them I was not notified beforehand and they claimed there's nothing I can do. Customer support is non existent at least in the sense of being helpful pertaining to their website or billing. 28 open complaints with the BBB and an F rating for similiar misconduct. Companies who treat clientele like this don't deserve to be around for prolonged periods of time. Go elsewhere for A.I assistance with presentations, your wallet will thank you.

I asked to cancel the trial before the period ended (14 days), but was still charged, still awaiting customer service feedback.
Before that, no emails from Prezi in my email nor spam, neither after requesting login reset to see what's happening... So couldn't manually cancel - Felt like I was in a forces workflow to pay.

I attempted the free trial. When I input my bank details, they attempted to take over £273. The trial amount was meant to be £1. So I declined the trial.
2 weeks later they attempted to take £273 again without my permission! Fortunately I managed to stop the payment.

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!

The visuals in prezi are really great and they help keep the presentation interesting to viewers and it also gives the big picture of the whole topic. Also, the ability to add voice to each slide is great and helped me prepare asynchronous lectures.

It has improved a lot with AI, I would like more interactive templates.
In the text I would like to be able to underline, and also to be able to put a parallel external shadow

It is a very good tool and I use to recommend it to my students until I discovered that all my projects could be found at a simple search on the internet. I use free version. I had to delete most of my work and, most probably, I will will find another tool. Then I will give up using Prezi.

The ai includes random photos on every presentation instead of asking if a photo is needed. Almost every photo included in ai presentations is irrelevant to the actual theme of the presentation.

I had to give a presentation about communication. I've already used Prezi, so I thought it'd be interesting to perest Prezi by Prezi. I had to learn a couple of new things to manage it, but is was ok. I used it 9 years ago for my portfolio. I like doing something unusual, so it was fun, instead of PPT.

Thank you. I like the fast designs and image. Needed more time to master. It tired me to look a preset design i wanted, better if there is a search. Also, Ai did not follow but created similar topics, I wanted my topics be the once in control and enhanced by Ai.

My experience was great because of the ease and speed of putting together the presentations and the use of AI.
