Prezi has done a great job because. It is not only about showing information but also creating content. I really enjoy it because it also connects the slides faster than other apps. The templates are so wonderful!

Prezi is a great application to make general interactive presentations,
It is easy to use and smooth going.
Only one suggestion and a big business plan. If Prezi can embed mathematical font and presentation, it would be revolutionary. All universities around the world will buy it for teaching and learning purpose. As a math professor, I would like the company think on this project.

Prezi is not only changing my presentations, but my way of looking at an issue: I no longer see a linear set of issues, all linked and at the same size, but a bursting graph of related things, some big, some small. Once I have put everything on the table (even very small details in some corners), then I tell a story, adapted to my present audience and I visit this graph of issues, sometimes diverting myself on the fly when I find it relevant. I no longer think "straight"!

Payment should be more accessible, that is, a bimonthly or quarterly program, since it is very good but the time paid for during that year of validity goes to waste.

Loving Prezi. However, the main issue is forwarding the presentation to others. It is being sent with Prezi link, and others are able to view my dashboard. Please suggest how to send stand-alone presentations to others through WhatsApp or Email. Planning big project with seminar-series for training. This is not helping my cause. Moreover, often the creating through AI mode fails. Is there any limitation of the script? Images are repeated often. Hoping to get your reply...

I am a middle school English teacher and I use Prezi almost all the time for my students. They love the colour palette and the animation. It makes my content delivery easy and interesting for them to brainstorm and engage in the class. They call me the best teacher and I dedicate a huge part of my happiness to Prezi.

This presentation website is fantastic! It's easy to use, intuitive, and offers a wide variety of templates that make creating professional-looking slides quick and enjoyable.

It’s nice and worthy the unique thing I would change is the price. If it’s free more options, I think you could win more. Despite this I will use the free mode of Prezi because the thing that made me to cancel the subscription was that I didn’t give so much use to this exclusive option.
In a nutshell it has been a great experience and I hope that you still give me updates about what’s happening in Prezi.

I’ve been a Prezi user since 2014 and really enjoy its AI and visual features. I’d love to see European Portuguese added to Prezi AI for better localization and accuracy.

Very useful for class sessions. Fast and efficient readjustments. You can accumulate multimedia information every year on each page and at the click of a button it looks phenomenal.

Really nice IA mode. I wish that as a student i could use more tries. Just like cambas where you can generate as many as you want as long as you can onky have 2 proyects at any given time

Each time I go to write a presentation, the amount of templates I can access is less and less, the quality of these are rubbish and basic and to get any support, to simply download or do a voiceover, they want you to upgrade. It used to be the best tool but am going to look elsewhere, Prezi's aim is clearly to extract as much money our of the user as possible.

I initially tried it using my work email and found the tool genuinely useful. However, I later canceled my subscription — which was paid using my personal card — while waiting for company approval to proceed with a corporate purchase.

To my shock, I was still charged even after canceling. Because of this unethical billing practice, I’ve decided to pause my request to adopt this software for my team.

After checking online, I discovered many other users have faced the same issue and reported the company’s refusal to issue refunds.

Please be cautious before subscribing.

Based on the screenshot you provided, the subscription was canceled after the charge took place, not beforehand.

You received a reminder email about the trial ending on October 1, 2025, and a payment decline email on October 8th.

While we cannot offer a full refund, we can, however, downgrade the account to the Plus plan, which is $228 USD, and refund the difference.

I cancelled my subscription within the 7-day free trial period, yet I was still charged for a full annual subscription. I contacted Prezi immediately, advising of the charge, and my request for a refund was denied. To add to the frustration, the company also terminated my access, meaning I was charged for a subscription I cannot use.

Just same story as described here below. My intention was to get a month subscription and this is exactly what an offer was saying `15 Eur/month`. With just one click of the button I was charged 217.80 Eur. I now filed a refund case.

PREZI IS PREDATORY when using their trial period. THEY CHARGED ME $246.81 for a FULL YEAR!! I cancelled before the free trial expired and they charged my credit card. After I opened a refund request ticket #2585042, they wrote back "Based on our Terms of Service, which you agreed to upon purchasing your Prezi license, we cannot provide a refund for the transaction". I NEVER used PREZI after the trial period. NOT ONCE! and THEY CHARGED ME $246.81 for a FULL YEAR!! They also stated "Please be advised that all decisions regarding refunds are final. We are unable to overturn or alter this decision. Further correspondence on this matter will not result in a change to the decision." They hide behind policies and didn't care that I did not use their service the entire year after I cancelled during the free trial period.

User Experience on updating payment method or delete it is really poor. You can't find anything and if you need support, chat or call is only for upgraded people.... What a mess...
