Pig ignorant seller
I wanted to order a Kochstar WarmMaster plus also an insert simmer pot to melt beeswax. But I could not see the simmer pot on the Priara ebay site, just the WarmMaster. So I sent a message to seller, asking if they can get me the simmer pot also.
They did not answer my question, but simply said 'first, place an order.' I asked my question again, and they gave me the same reply. I did think something was not right, but I placed the order for the WarmMaster. Then I sent them an email, saying that now I have placed the order, now, can you get me the simmer pot to go with it?
No reply from seller. Now I have an item I cannot use without the insert pot and they are not available in my country.
Pig ignorant and I should actually make Kochstar aware of Priara behaviour towards their customers.
Trustpilot need to make a ZERO STAR possible to truly reflect customer dissatisfaction and negative experience.
