The quality of the clothes is lovely
The quality of the clothes is lovely. However the delivery is extremely long. Took a 3 weeks . Then Royal mail messed me about for days pretending to deliver but they didn't. So had to go out of my way to collect from the post office.

Good prices but poor material makeup
Taking on new schools without sufficient capacity is not ok, they just undercut on pricing - but not matched clothing quality and services. Good prices but poor material makeup (not pure cotton, bad for kids with eczema - you cannot give them a % wool content to wear). No physical store, stock levels poor (OOS) and whilst some things in cm or inches having some things in S/M/L sizes is useless especially when online-only. Not an enjoyable nor easy experience.

I had a problem with the courier service that delivered my items not a fault at all with Price and Buckland.
I contacted the customer service via email.

No nonsense help when needed most
Having been rushed into hospital, I’d forgotten to complete an order which suddenly became quite urgent when I remembered a week later. Dianne was brilliant when I asked if the shipment could be prioritised, it was out the door to Royal Mail very quickly. There was no “pay for a courier” or “here’s a price”, just compassion, understanding and a desire to help. I don’t normally do reviews, but this one is fully deserved.
