Fast and easy to deal with the quilt cover arriving quickly and no issues

I placed an order for a toddler bed and mattress on the 7th of October, the website claims next day delivery but cleary it has been over a week, tonight with no notice someone turns up and leaves the mattress at the front door, no note left or anything, opened the door no one is there and no actually bed has been delievered, could you please tell me what is going on and if i will actually get emmy order

The item was just as described , a lovely soft fleece . It is for my grandson's birthday and I was worried it wouldn't arrive before I go on holiday . True to the website it did arrive the next day . I shall be using this company again .

I'm having problems receiving the toddlers bed is supposed to go to my friend's address apparently they came but the company never left the card so my friend couldn't get in touch with them so I phoned up price right beds not once few but not one single email a part from this one email what came through to my phone I am writing on now now
I just rang them up the price right beds they are closed but says they open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for the not open at this very moment it is only the 25th of August 2022 I've been in all week from Saturday the 20th waiting I also got a camera on my property which I know if anybody comes it will alert me like it did my friend's house as she got a ring door bell.
Tomorrow in crossing fingers how hopefully I'll get this matter sorted out.
The person I spoke to 22nd August 2022 was very nice very polite and very concerned she express she is very sorry but I'm still waiting and I'm thinking of cancelling the bed if I don't receive any information by tomorrow the 26th of August 2022 I didn't receive an email not even to say thank you and confirming the order are you and I haven't even got a account number I know the money went out my bank account because my bank alerts me from not a happy customer

The toddler bed was easy to put together. There were a couple of issues with it incorrect amount of screws( but my hubby had more) a very small crack in the woodwork but not detrimental to the bed. Didn't complain as needed the bed for my grandson sleepover asap.
I also bought the bedding set. The mattress took sometime to revert to flat as it had been folded in half. The pillow is unusable as the stuffing is all at one end. However my grandson is too young for a pillow as yeti. The star bedding is lovely and has washed well.
Had to call the company to find out when bed was going to be delivered as I didn't receive a confirmation email of order. Got a tracking code and tracked my order next day for approximately delivery time

I have sent numerous emails with no reply...I ordered on the 10/07
I had also attached the confirmation notice you had sent me..I have sent my order number, so hopefully I can give some kind of information on my order..thanks STILL NO REPLY???????

They should explain that large parcels are delivered separately on different days and also send confirmation about the items that you have purchased
