Unfortunately we got the wrong bed…
Unfortunately we got the wrong bed delivered. We had to take pictures and put it back in the original packaging. Than again pictures of the barcodes. After that there was some wait until they sorted the problem with their supplier. I think it was about 10 days delay by the time we got the right bed. Customer Service was attentive most of the times, not on Friday afternoon or during the weekend.
The toddler house bed is lovely, it’s the second one I’m buying from this company. There was no problem with the first one.

Expensive but efficient
The price was more expensive than everywhere else but given this was the only place in stock, I decided to order. Fantastically speedy delivery and items just as expected. So, pricey but what I needed so thumbs up.
