Prima Fridge Freezer PRRF701 2025 model. Don't do it! Integrated model installed just four months ago. The freezer is so small and next to useless. The top drawer slopes to nothing at the back meaning if the drawing us pulled out, it tips and falls out breaking the drawer! In just four months two drawers are smashed this way. The overall internal parts are very flimsy and crack easily. The top fridge door shelf was broken on installation.
By far the worst fridge freezer I have ever owned

Rubbish warranty, cooker hob one ring not working after 3 years. Hob cost 234 pounds would be 139 pounds for an engineer to come and repair one ring, would not replace hob so 139 pounds each time a ring stops working. You are directed to a company called Capita to arrange an appointment where you deal with a virtual assistant, not even a human being!
Prima mixer taps coating comes off!
New kitchen sink fitted with Prima mixer taps. The grey coating started flaking off the handles after 8 months. Prima sent out replacements which I changed myself. The coating then started coming off the spout and I sent photos. Prima said it was IMPACT damage it only had normal use. My old tap had no damage used in the same way after 30 years! The cost of changing the mixer was probably the reason for not doing it. The replacement tap handles are now also flaking. I'll live with it for now but will replace the whole mixer soon...NOT PRIMA!

Bought a wine cooler off these guys. Compressor went but that’s not covered and I have to buy another one. Rubbish
Three Failed Repairs on my Dishwasher
I have been reporting a fault with a dishwasher under a 2 year warranty since the 15th September with Pasifica as Prima preferred supplier. The dishwash dose not drain after a cycle, the pipes and filter have been cleaned and a part replaced by Pacifica Engineer .
I called Pacifica today after the third visit, dated the 03 11 2025 to arrange a fourth visit for the 10 11 2025.
As part of today call to Pacifica I asked if I could be put through to Prima to discus this ongoing repair, the ladies response was that they are not a "Customer Facing Customer Care Team" and she would email them and they would contact me latter today, I am still waiting.
It is evident that the pump on my dishwasher is not functioning and needs to be replaced to resolve this issue .
I would be grateful if somebody from Prima could contact me on 07912206853 to update me on this ongoing issue.
I am finding it impossible to contact Prima and this is this the reason I have submitted this review
Shambles!
My Prima dishwasher broke down just over 2 years after being installed. Parts were still covered (5 Years )but not labour (2years). But I still thought it worth phoning their PrimaCare line. The first time I called and pressed option 1 (report a fault) I was cut off by a voice message telling me that a fault had occurred. So I pressed option 4, a general line - she put me through to what sounded like a call centre overseas. The person there listened to my problem, but when she realised I was just outside my warrantee for labour, she put me through to 'chargeable service', a company called 'Pacifica' answered, who had no idea that Prima were forwarding calls to them. They operate a £160 cost upfront before doing any repairs, and charge parts and labour on top. Obviously I am not going to do that. What a shambles Prima is!!!!!!! Steer clear of this company.
Zero after sales service
This company is a absolute disgrace.
Do not buy anything off them,if you have a problem and the product is under guarantee when you report a issue they promise to get back to you but they don't.
I wanted a replacement hinge for washing machine door under their,5 year parts guarantee I telephoned 3 times and have got nowhere.
My advice is go elsewhere because this company is a shambles

I have a prima gas on glass hob and the pans are really unbalanced,the cast iron frame actually comes out when you move the pan,very unsafe.
Avoid Prima products
Had a Prima dishwasher fitted in my new kitchen under a year ago. It has broken down twice. Even though I registered the product, the site isn’t allowing me to report the fault and book a repair online. The online site directs me to report the fault via phone but this also fails because an automated phone message just states that they are unable to connect my call at the moment. Utterly useless

I've had 2 ovens & 2 dishwashers. Second dishwasher fitted yesterday and doesn't work.
Requested to return and buy from a different brand.
I would never in my life use this brand again not even if they were free.

Never buy a Prima product or believe the 5 years Prima Care
I have an oven under their 5 year Prima Care. The display light is incomplete. I called to get an engineer under the warranty, 3 years in. Only to be told that they do not cover more than a year, that it is another company that covers it, but they can not give me the details of that other company. Been hang up 3 times, really unpleasant experience.

Washing machine,"non-essential" item,repair using old parts…
Washing machine broken,came to fix,wrong part,had to reorder,waited in total 6 weeks for the revisit,only to be told by engineer that they had to take parts of an old motor to get my machine fixed.
Prima see a washing machine as "non essential",hence why no action to replace.
Customer service as useful as a chocolate teapot.
Waiting for it to break down again, before they replace.

Awful experience. Had a dishwasher fitted with one year warranty. Faulty after 11 months. Multiple call outs with months of no resolution and faulty product. After care team hard to reach and resolve issue.

Complete rip off!!!
Complete rip off!!!! Claimed 5 year warranty on parts and 2 on labour. Was only 18 month old Oven and said it was not registered so didnt have any guarantee. Paid £100 for engineer to visit. He said the circuit bord was faulty and would sort one in 48 hours. Three days later, I had to contact them. They said it would be 3 to 4 MONTH before they could get the part!!!
3 year life span
While it worked, brilliant. 3 years and heating element went. Still under parts guarantee, but the labour cost wasn't worth it, for not much more I could buy a new dishwasher. I usually try and mend things myself (Oven elements, washing machine, car etc) but this was beyond me, over £100 for the part. For £400 quid I expected it to last longer. Bought a different make for 1/2 the price in a sale.

Absolutely shocking complete rip off poor quality products and aftercare is unbelievable, paid non refundable £99 call out charge for unlimited labour no parts the engineer walked in and said "yep it needs £1000 worth of parts" and left within a minute!!!
