First offer I've tried with them after being on gemsloot for half a year. A few hours in right before rewards starting getting above a dollar my account was paused and out under review. Have only made $12 from offer so far. Will update after review. One goal has a $24 hour time limit and now I can't do it.

I successfully completed 90% of the casino offers!

Only 1 out of 14 casinos were successfully tracked, and that was the one with the lowest reward.

The other 13 casino offers were supposedly not tracked, and it's my fault because of Adblock, proxy, etc. It's strange that 1 offer was tracked, so it's supposed to be my fault? HAHA

So, this whole offer has cost me over €300 financially, so I'd advise you to ignore these Prime Earn, Prime Surveys, and Prime Insights offer walls unless you want to be poorer instead of making some money! :D

Even though this shady operation is based abroad, they are still subject to the law, and fraud is punishable in the USA. I can prove that I successfully completed all the offer conditions, and the casinos have also confirmed that I was tracked using my affiliate ID!

Now things are looking very tight for Prime!

I've already contacted a US lawyer; my legal insurance covers lawyers worldwide, so let's see what he has to say.

Huge scam. Been waiting over 21 days to receive my reward, contacted support have been told to wait 7 days then after 7 days told to wait another 7 days. I think the supports AI yet claims to be a human called Anna

I got scammed twice for two different games. Their bots pretend that "it stopped tracking" and repeat over and over the same thing.

They'll never pay you, no matter how much evidence you give them—no tracking, no payment. They won't even check with the client; that's how you make money in 2026.

They will scam you whenether they can especially for turbo tasks, the support is just AI pretending to be humans and will let you know that they cannot do anything.

Banned mid offer for no reason and won't respond to support ticket, charge backs galore. Avoid.

They will scam you whenever possible.
They provide:
- Offers that will randomly chargeback
- Offers that won't pay on the provided steps
- Refusing to pay already tracked offers that went above the stated pending times

Support is abysmal. I never in my live have experienced a more scammish support. You will never get anything resolved with them, even if you can provide hard facts and 100% documented proof. They will deny your request with reasoning that doesn't makes any sense.

The support system itself doesnt even provide actual support for your offers. All you can do is talk to a generic chat AI that pretends to be human.

Ive made so many bad experiences with them in the past 2 month's you wouldnt even believe me.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! They will try to bait you with huge payouts just to scam you in the end.

So I downloaded a game on prime earn through timebucks and everything was going really great I was getting paid then all of sudden I got a charge back saying I didn't make this purchase within the first 10 days. I have receipts and pictures tried to send multiple emails and I can't get one response plus the last payments I was supposed to get I just haven't received and the last payment was for 175 bucks I've spent a lot and out a very good amount of time into earning that I don't know why I'm being ignored I just wanna talk to someone so I'm hoping i get a response on here I'm trying every end possible thanks I'm hoping to hear from you guys

I had 24 dollars in the earning jar( a system where you earn up to a certain amount before you can start redeeming) and I wantedcto claim it. When I got home. Tge entire amount wentvto zero and im here battling with supports and all their shit support can say is "we recommend nit to finish the offer" THATS NOT WHAT IM EVEN ASKNG FOR. Has to be illegal what they are doing. Accepted an offer like most people do, by agreeing to the award amount. When I was close to hitting the higher rewards I decided to take a screen recording of me completing the tasks and included the awards at time of completion. Sure enough they didn’t track right away and the next day when they tracked, the award had changed to less than half. I told them I have a recording of what the award was at time of completion and they said their “offer partners” can change it to whatever, whenever they want. So basically they pay you what they feel like. Can’t wait til they get sued.

I did the 22casino task, they completed it, they put the payment on pending and I had to wait 7 days, 30 days have passed, and it's still pending, which is absurd on prime's part, and they will also have put a block on me, because now it no longer tracks any tasks.

Only uses A.I. support. Refuses to show support ticket to a human.

EarnLab has been good for me in the past, but Prime Earn is a problem. I completed an offer properly and got no reward.
I opened a ticket and the answer was basically: “technical issue, offer not tracked, no data, we can’t verify, no credits.”
So if THEIR tracking fails, you work and spend for free.
What makes it worse: in the same period I completed offers on other offerwalls and they tracked/paid normally, so this isn’t a general device/user issue.
Avoid Prime Earn, and EarnLab should stop promoting an offerwall that can refuse payouts by hiding behind tracking failures.

I have been using Earnlab for a while now and I can confirm it is a very reliable GPT site—definitely one of the best in terms of interface and overall legitimacy. I’ve had a great experience with the platform itself.

However, I feel the need to warn other users about the Prime Earn offerwall. I recently completed the "22Casino - Play & earn big!" offer, which required a real money deposit. Despite following every single instruction and providing irrefutable proof (including clear screenshots and video recordings of the deposit and gameplay), Prime Earn refused to pay out.

It is honestly unacceptable to deny a payout when presented with such clear evidence, especially for an offer that involves spending your own money.

Everything was cool with Prime Earn until the time came where I had to contact support. Comically bad. The replies are so quick because it's literally AI feeding you the same response basically saying user error is the reason your tasks didn't track and you will not be paid. This was for Time Master offer which in itself is a garbage game that will not pay you out, so don't waste your time with it here (or on any other offer with these guys honestly).

They reversed my earnings that had been credited via cashinstyle after an hour and then reversed earnings that they had never paid out. They literally took .47c from my balance that they never paid out in the first place, which is theft.
