Very unprofessional, I'll never go back again: took passport pics and ask them to take them again as they were horrible....they laughed at me and mocked me all the way! Primera at Kinkerstraat is not a good shop!
I went to pick up a package which I knew was not delivered to me. The older lady (no really a lady) insisted in a very bad way that the package was already delivered. There was a younger lady that works there that was nice and help me out. I was right my package was there. Before leaving I thank the young lady because she was kind and helpful. However, I told the old woman that this is not the way of treating clients. And she immediately told me to get out, that she is the boss, and to never come again and used the F.. word. How can somebody treat clients like that. She was talking to the other lady in Dutch, she thought I was not understanding but I did understand everything. Hopefully nobody else experience that in that store and hopefully this is not about being Dutch or not. But she looks really low education.
When you have a gift card, you first have to enter all of your gift card information, click on "redeem", and then have the choice of paying with your bank account, or redeem with a gift card (for which you already entered all details, but somehow need to do it all over again like it's not related information)..
If you already put your gift card info, why giving the option to pay with your bank account unless it's made to scam people into accidents?

The guy who works there (dark skin, black hair) pushed a 55-year-old woman out of his store, kicking her and throwing boxes at her. Just because he didn’t like her.
I asked for an apology.
“F off and f your mother.”
No apology. No remorse. No repentance.
There are rules. And there are consequences.
Some people learn it the easy way and apologize. Others only understand when it’s too late.
The Dutch legal system has long arms. And a long memory. You will meet both. It will have its lawful vengeance, in this life or the next.

This place is a nightmare - rude, dismissive and incapable manager who will shout at you for raising a legitimate customer service issue. He does "not like to deal with problems". Strongly recommend avoiding this place at all cost.
Oh how terrible, the people who work there are so unfriendly and rude. The manager is really terribly rude and unkind and totally incompetent. I’v never been treated this way in my life. Im really amazed.
This guy is western union agent does not even have 150 in his account to pay People.
I just have called customer service because I didn't understand how to apply for a bol.com card. First she tried to explain to me but my baby was busy. The call get interrupted. The lady called me back and helpt me completely by doing it for me.. I'm so happy. A big thank you for the help.
Do I really have to give a star? Not deserved! This person working the postal area in the shop is the absolute worst experience I have had in a long time! Arrogant and absolutely horrible service! Why have a job in service if he clearly hates people?
Primera Amsterdam Buikslotermeerplein location needs to have a serious inspection.
1. It's a huge fire safety risk
2. The man there is very rude and racist
This is not acceptable and should not be happening in 2022 almost 2023.
I do not believe that the customer is always right, but customers should always be offered good customer service and at least be treated with respect.
Incredible unfriendly person behind the counter. For years now. If you don’t like your job, quit! Don’t bother custumors with your rudeness.
The customer service at the Primera on Reinkenstraat is awful. One person working there has no idea how to be nice to the customer, and is just unpleasant to interact with. Not friendly or helpful at all.
The fact that they won't take a stance on publications spreading misinformation about Covid makes them complicit.
I have ordered a personalized item on Primera.nl. It arrived ugly due to a bug in the editor where you create the design on their website. I asked for a refund and Primera rejected. Then I asked further questions and they never replied again. Very disappointed.
