My washing machine broke down and Luke the engineer quickly located and removed the blockage which was preventing the machine from draining. Luke was very professional and polite and did a great job for a fair price. I can highly recommend Primerepair and was impressed with the way that Matt responded to my initial enquiry even though it was a Sunday evening. I've got to contact them again tomorrow as my oven stopped working today. I think my domestic appliances are jinxed !!

Could not fix our dryer due to parts being out dated so did not charge.
Also Luke the engineer gave good advice on choosing new appliance

Strange company - called them multiple times but no answer. They use an automated text service that you receive whilst on the phone listening to their pre recorded answer message. See below the standard message that is sent -

“Hi its Luke from Primerepair, please text your enquiry (appliance type and briefly the problem you seem to be having with it) and I will reply quickly, alternatively if you dont reply to this message I will return your missed call ASAP. Thank you”

Anyway no response to anyone messages sent to the number. Disappointing and a bit of a waste of time.
