They actually do not deserve any star. Worst customer service ever. It’s like they took your payment till you realized the item wasn’t sent. You tried to get a hold of them and they ignored your calls and emails. The only way to get their attention is to write comments on their Facebook page. You will be amazed to not find any good comment about their service at all. You will get their attention when you post a complaint on their FB page. They will come with some excuse to calm you down and finally admit they don’t have want you purchased in their stock blah blah...They kept your money as long as possible. Unfortunately I kept tacking.. otherwise they would take your money without giving you anything. Be careful!!! REAL CHEAP CHINESE FRAUD

Cheap Chinese online shop
On the homepage it is stated that this shop is from Maryland USA. So I was expecting a US or European size. I ordered 2 dresses and only one is delivered after 45 days with so much disappointment. The origin of the package is China with an Asian size, EU and US size small is equivalent to XXXS in China. The prices don’t compromise the poor quality of these products. I want to return it back and have a refund but there is no returning papers so I emailed this shop many times and even chatted many times to ask for the return address but got no replies at all. This shop is a real fraud.

Where is my dress that I paid 181.00 for. I ordered this dress 4 weeks ago, have not received any correspondence from them after emailing and calling. No one has contacted me and I don’t have my dress. They accepted my payment tho!!!
