Princess Polly Poor Customer Service!

Ordered clothing for my daughter who is away at college and tried contacting Princess Polly several times to return it. Was never contacted back and when I was finally able to get on their website and enter the order number (which I tried several times to do) I finally got thru and was told I had passed the return date (by 6 days. Item still has all the original tags and all I wanted to do was exchange it. Ports of the worst for customer service, and returns. I will NEVER purchase from Princess Polly again. Thanks for nothing. Stay away from this company!

Never arrived!

Ordered a jacket on 30th November 2025 and still haven’t received it. No updates, no refund and unable to return or cancel order as it says I have to wait to receive item.

They are not transparent about their…

They are not transparent about their return policy which deducts a handling fee based on country. This is in addition to the shipping fee. Shitty company, will never buy here again

Obsessed!

I was so skeptical ordering from the store based on the reviews, but so glad I took the chance! 4/4 (a skirt, a dress, two tops) pieces I got were amazing quality and true to size. I ordered from the US site and it was fast delivery.

Additional Unclear charges.

Ordered an item from a .co.uk website. Paid with Apple Pay, but then was charged a lot more than the total. This was apparently due to extra charges as company is in the US. This is not made clear and they couldn’t care less when I messaged them immediately to say I wanted to cancel the order due to unclear charges. Avoid.

Shirred micro shorts set.Brpwn Kinkirk pants..Got from US store..never again. SHein.quality fabric..cut for some weird figure..the pants blouse out at side of leg...the shorts dont fit right. The fabric is cheap...Lost $200.. reselling immediately on Depop..as return system, I'll lose more...Never again..a lot of money lost..gone on rubbish..its unwearable...

Buyers Beware

Buyers Beware! I placed two orders and both were delivered to the incorrect address on the same day (pictures provided to company). Told to wait five days and then to reach back out for a refund. On the 6h day I was provided a refund for the less expensive of the two orders. Customer service told me their policy is to only refund one order per customer and that I will need to file a claim with the delivery service. The delivery service was OnTrac which is also a scam of a company that does not have a phone number and doesn’t not respond to customers. Still fighting to get a refund. Avoid Princess Polly at all cost. They do not care about their customers.

Love this company

I'm really confused about the negative reviews for this company. I discovered Princess Polly and have become obsessed. They have a petite section that is real petite sizing (for girls 5'3'' and shorter). This is so important to me as a petite woman. I live in Australia and I get my package delivered to me same day. The minimum spend for same day shipping is the cheapest of any company I have seen. I find the quality of the clothes great.

True to the site my order was dispatched the same day. The item quality various from piece to piece however most of what I’ve ordered has been true size and delivered on time consistently.

Recommend staying away from this scam…

Recommend staying away from this scam of a company. They charged me twice for the same order 2 months later, I’ve not been able to have this absurd made-up charge reversed. Despite reaching out several times and explaining the situation, I keep getting automated replies that have nothing to do with the issue at hand. Customer service is an abysmal and a quick search online shows that they don’t care and seem to scam many customers that end up needing to dispute their charges with their bank. Just avoid altogether, the cheap quality is not worth the hassle and the potential of you paying 2x what the original cost was, in case they decide to randomly charge you a full total again (for nothing)

This store has a horrible return and exchange policy. I purchased a few items before Thanksgiving and they would not allow an exchange the day after Christmas.

return charges

the dress was great but the sizes were off so i had to return it to exchange. they don't have prepaid slip to return so it costs a lot of money and i wouldn't do it again honestly
