Next day delivery to New Zealand

Next day delivery to New Zealand, my jaw dropped as I didn’t expect it to turn up so fast. All the clothes and shoes I’ve ordered were cute and as expected, exactly what I saw on the website. Some materials were perhaps somewhat cheap looking however the cute design and fit made up for it for me. I considered returning one item but found it difficult to figure out how to return so to order more confidently I’d love the returns process to be easier. Other than that very happy with everything.

DO NOT ORDER TO THE UK

DO NOT ORDER TO THE UK.

I don't have a clue what is going on with this site.. 6 days delivery to the UK is a farce, it's been 2 weeks and the tracker hasn't moved from step 1.

Customer service will give you an array of mixed 'reasons' for the delay. For dresses that appear to be overpriced for what they are, the awful delivery is the cherry on the cake. Spend your money elsewhere.

UK BUYERS BEWARE!

My teenage daughter ordered for the first time from Princess Polly UK. NEVER AGAIN!
The quality and sizing is truly shocking and it is impossible to return items from UK to get a refund.
Now that I have read other people’s reviews, it appears that this company has fundamental issues - not that they seem to care. Their UK website needs to be taken down. 100% scammers.

Promised delivery 3-6 days...

Promised delivery 3-6 days.

4 weeks later, I'm still waiting and customer service says to wait another 14 days and tell them if it hasn't arrived.

With all the other options available, I'll request you all to NOT order from here. It's frustration and fraud at best.

Terrible

Terrible, I ordered my prom dress from them 3 weeks before prom, and it said it would come in 4-6 days, even though it never arrived. I had to wear a shitty dress because they never delivered or refunded my 150€ dress.

Brought a top

Brought a top, didn't fit and they refused to take it back. Even though I had placed the order on there sites and signed up, the order was apparently "never placed". If you shop here, don't expect to be able to return it becomes there return policy sucks.

Never shipped idespite claiming otherwise

Ordered an item with 5 business day shipping. At 5 business days, contacted stating product still hadn’t moved according to tracking. They said, Don’t worry, it’s on its way, here’s a discount for next order. Contacted again on week two - again, don’t worry here’s a coupon. WEEK THREE after again messaging they finally admitted it wasn’t coming and they would refund - in 5 business days. Oh, and another discount. Customer service is ignorant of their own tracking system, and never actually fixed the issue, despite my raising concerns from the beginning.

Next Day Delivery Advertising in False

I placed my order for next day delivery at 10 AM PST, well before the 2 PM PST cutoff. The checkout clearly stated that my order would be delivered on or before the next business day, and my confirmation reiterated that I could expect my package the following day. However, it has yet to be handed over to the carrier. After contacting FedEx, I learned that all next-day packages must be with them by 5 PM for guaranteed delivery, and they often experience issues with Princess Polly. To my astonishment, the shipping label wasn't created until 7:41 PM, which is absolutely unacceptable given the timeline I was provided.

I reached out to Princess Polly's customer service, but the representative, Kenya, was unable to offer any meaningful updates, as she only had access to the same limited information as I did. It's frustrating that I have to continuously check the website and my emails for updates on my order. I expect much more from this service, and it's clear that the company needs to revise its shipping policies to prevent misleading customers into thinking that next day delivery is a service that they stand behind when following the ordering guidelines on their website. Furthermore, they seem to believe that refunding my overnight shipping fee resolves everything. Customers like myself pay that fee to ensure timely delivery, not to be met with excuses.

No returns possible from Germany

Cute clothes, great quality, friendly and quick customer support team 👍🏻
Ordered to Germany for no shipping fee.
They don’t offer return labels and even though the package says it was shipped from Germany I’m supposed to return to the USA, which would cost 47€ for traceable shipping, so even more than the product.
Customer support team told me that’s their practice. Feels like a scam to me.
So if you wanna order, be prepared to not be able to return the items.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. We returned my daughters order as the clothes did not fit. Despite using UK postage and returns they deducted a postage fee from the refund and withheld the VAT part of the clothing cost and refused to refund it. I am not sure this is even legal for a company selling online in the UK?

BAD SHIPPING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Paid for overnight shipping almost $25. Messaged customer service to ask if there was delays and was told "No shipping delays". Sure enough, the item is delayed and now I have to pay for return shipping after it finally arrives. I have nothing to wear! Horrible experience. Never again!!!! They didn't even waive return shipping for the huge inconvenience!

Sizing embarrassing and seems to have gotten smaller over the years , i can range from a size 10,12,14,16 at this store all at the same time like make it make sense. Coming from someone who has made multiple minimum $300-$500 orders all over the years since 2016

Unfairly High Return Costs – Beware for International Orders

I recently had to return an order to Princess Polly and was shocked by the cost. Even after following their instructions and using their “lower-cost” US return option, I still had to pay €60 (~$100 AUD) just for shipping. That’s an outrageously high amount for a return, and customers should be warned about this before purchasing.

Princess Polly does not cover return shipping for international orders, meaning if you need to send something back, you're stuck paying excessive costs out of pocket. This is not clearly communicated at checkout—I would not have ordered had I known returning an item would be so expensive.

I reached out to customer service, hoping for a reasonable solution, but they refused to offer any assistance. Their response made it clear they don’t care how expensive returns are for their international customers.

If you're shopping from outside the US, think twice before ordering—returns could cost you far more than expected. I won’t be purchasing from Princess Polly ever again!

Fast shipping and excellent quality

Honestly this was the best quality and fastest shipping I have ever gotten I got the package within 5hrs it was crazy I was expecting 6 days the clothes fit perfectly and I am soo happy will definitely be shopping here again.

Princess Polly is one of my gotos

Princess Polly is one of my gotos. I am always guaranteed to find something with Princess Polly. I especially love the swimwear. Always fits perfectly. I haven’t had a bad experience with Princess Polly, i’m a naturally petite girl so it’s hard to find gorgeous styles that actually fit my body correctly and look flattering. Everything I have gotten from Princess Polly has fit me like a glove.

SCAM COMPANY

Horrible experience with Princess Polly. They will bill you incorrectly, double-ship, and rip you off on the return with a fraction of the cost back. They are a company designed to rip off young girls and the quality is also inferior. I've been trying to get a refund since November and they play the cat and mouse game hoping you will just go away. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

This was my first and last visit

This was my first and last visit. I arrived at the store at 8:40 PM and picked out a few sweaters and dresses to try on, only to be told by the dressing room attendant that it was “too late” to use the fitting rooms. Another sales associate suggested I purchase everything and return what didn’t work. If you’re going to close the fitting rooms early, at least inform customers when they enter the store. The service was rude and completely unacceptable.
