Really nice! I bought an off the peg dress from a store near me but I needed a slip. got mine today and everything is set for the big day

ordered from here' via paypal - payment completed , goods arrived and then i got an email telling me that i hadn't paid but the goods have been sent and that i need to pay as a matter of urgency !
i would never use this company again

I wanted a specific Ellie K headpiece I had seen in a magazine, I had looked in the local bridal shop but no one had it. I reluctantly turned to the internet, reluctant as I wanted 'personal' servcie for such important purchases.
Anyway I found the headpiece and at a good price. I rang the shop and asked if it was in stock and if I could return it if I didn't like it on. Success!! The headpiece arrived the next day... despite ordering at 4pm an it was beautifully packed and suited me perfectly!! Many thanks ladies at Princess SParkle!!

Have just come across this website and love the all wedding hair accessories, especially the crystal bridal tiaras, wedding hair flowers, bridal hair combs, headpieces and wedding jewellry. Looking forward to coming back here again soon!

I saw a blue fairy tiara on there that I wanted - it was the right price so I went for it. Glad I did. Got it through really quickly and it was nice packaging. The box was as nice as the tiara. Well not quite but you know what i mean

who sorted my order out and got it out on time even though I was a real pain in the neck. Basically I reordered twice becasue of my hair trials and she didn't mind and made sure the items got to me well in time! xx awesome

I bought an underskirt for £40.90 (with shipping costs), and thankfully paid for it with my credit card, because I didn't know the company name.
I received the item quite quickly, and it was of good quality. However when I checked my card statement, I had been charged £409.00 which as you can imagine was a bit of a shock. I called the number on the website, but no-one answered so I left a message and sent an email. I also informed my bank, just in case.
Someone did call to apologise, and explained how the mistake had happened and that I would have a refund made to my card. But what I didn't expect was another charge which was made to my card for £440.90! This meant that the underskirt had cost me £890.80!!!!
This time I called the bank first because how does that happen by mistake??? I then called the company, and again no answer so I had to leave another message and another email.
I never received a call back, but I did receive an email explaining that another member of staff had charged my card....however they did not explain why! They assured me that I would receive a full refund, which I did thankfully! They sent me the refund receipts in the post. They did tell me that they would send a garter, free of charge as a good will gesture, for all of the problems, but they never have....I wasn't surprised.

princessparkle had a good range of tiaras and i got the tiara i wanted. I had a problem with my irish maestro card but paypay was no problem
