Following a confusion on our behalf Aliyah Lowe sorted the issue and settled my mind. Thank you

We’ve had to endure Principle estates rising fees and zero or terrible service for 5 years now.
They’ve lied and ignored us since they took over or block York House in Fareham.
The raise of another £800 to bring it to £2700 was the last straw though.
My advice to all you poor people who have the misfortune to have Principle as your management company is this.
Get as many people from your block together on a group e mail and bombard whoever you pay your ground rent to.
They act for the freeholder and control who appoint the management company.
We’ve have just secured that victory and they are now tendering for a new company to manage our block.
Good luck and stick with it because your freeholder doesn’t need the hassle and has to do something if enough of you complain about it.

This review is targeted at one particular employee - Alex Jordan, who has earned the highest available rating for her commitment to problem-solving and providing a great level of care to clients.

Alex is not officially the manager in charge of our case but if it wasn't for the help we have received from her, we would not be in a position to make sufficient progress.

She is a lovely lady; very courteous and professional yet caring enough to go above and beyond.

Never looked into issues and problems, never visit property.
Blocked number is we constantly calling and asking to resolve issues.
Sending wrong engineers and charging us etc.
Very poor service.
It was in Cambridge. We are so lucky that we change Principles manage to company into different one.

I am really impressed with Natasha Ibrar. Everything l have asked for, she has sorted. I have had some bad experiences with Pennycuick Collins and Natasha has been like a breath of fresh air. I am really sad to hear she isn't managing my account any more. I never feel nervous to message her because she is always polite and helpful. I hope her successor is as good. Please pass on my review. With the cost of living rise she is the first person in a long time that has shown empathy and understanding. An amazing employee Gill Lovatt

Finally a positive experience with a property management organisation. Jemma was a great help going above and beyond to help resolve a long standing issue affecting me personally. I’d definitely recommend Principle.
