Prinsotel La Pineda:
Apartment is good, clean and spacious. But… this has to be the most noisy hotel, I have ever stayed in.
Our apartment has two balconies with poolview and every night there are extremely noisy entertainment poolside, so getting a small child to sleep is almost impossible before 22.30 at night. With closed balcony doors the noise is still so loud, that it sounds like the Music is being played at maximum level inside our apartment.
The pool is big but too small a part of it has a child friendly depth. It gets deep very quickly, which means that most of the pool guests bathes in a very small area of the pool where they can touch the bottom of the pool. This makes it feels very crowded even though a lot of the pool isn’t even being used.
Staff is friendly, breakfast is fine (not great), and we tried both the snack weagon and the lunch restaurant and both was fine.
The noise level ruins the entire experience for us. It was absolutely terrible.

We just had a 5 day stay at the Prinsotel La Pineda in Mallorca. The hotel was fantastic, we had a Junior Suite. The room was modern, recently refurbished and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed half board and the food was excellent, plenty of choices every morning and night. All the facilities were great. Fabulous, we will definitely stay at a Prinsotel hotel again. Highly recommended!

Great staff, welcoming, top notch customer service!
Upgraded to apartment with the new style patio with pool (these were being rolled out in 2023).
We were so pleased with the hotel after staying in a local villa which was not habitable, we were about to give up on our holiday.
We stayed self catering. The pool restaurant for lunch was amazing. The food truck food was a great idea and inexpensive. Always plenty of sunbeds despite the uk school holidays.
The photos of the hotel/apartments do not do it justice. It really is so very nice. It’s a shame we were only here 3 days.
We will definitely be back.

Fine place BUT with many exeptions:
Bad og no wifi at all! Kitchen equipment with a lot of missing basic things: e.g. towel, dish brush, soap, etc.
Old and Wery used towlels.
Old television whitout smart TV whitout possibility for streaming.
Bathrooms without mixing batteries for Auto -water temp.
The Swimmingpools with no daily cleaning (a lot of dirt in it)
Missing signs on the poolarea to convict sunbed reservations.
Some May find it okay, but to the relative expensive Price you expect a High standard of service. Maybe corona lockdown still have a influence of the economy for this place…
