Agree with ALL of the above - abysmal company and service, late delivery after paying premium for quicker posting, almost funny seeing the "canvas" arriving as a DIY in a small box with a few bits of wood - but wasn't..... did manage to put it together but frame was buckled/bowed and will not sit flat on wall and to top it off print was not large enough to cover whole frame leaving a white strip down one side....should mention don't bother trying to complain as the complaints link on their site does not go anywhere.....

DO NOT USE this company. Terrible quality and no replacement or refund! I ordered 4 prints. You have to put them together yourself onto the canvas but don’t bother because there were lines through the canvasses. Disgraceful company and they should be shut down.

Its not canvas, its a piece of thin plastic that makes the print blurred. Unusable.
Paid extra for quickposting, it took 17 days to arrive. They ignore your complaints.

Waited 2 months and nothing arrived, they were rude TO ME WHEN ASKED WHERE MY ORDER WAS. I am taking this company to court. They are not real they are disgusting and if you have ordered anything from them expect nothing in return, This company needs closing down. It is not a company but some guys in a room ripping innocent people off *ASTARDS!!!!!!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Ordered a 120cm x80cm black and white print of a photograph. Very disappointed with the product.
1. it wasn't on canvas but plasticized print paper.
2. It was a self assembly frame that you had to fit the sheet to yourself
3. The box was not sealed. I am amazed that the parts were all there
4. The image was full of scan lines from the printer.
5. After assembly I noticed thin scratches across the image even though I had assembled on a sheet on a table.
6. I have noticed that after a few weeks the cheap wood used in the frame has started to bow caused by the stretch of the sheet (I refuse to say canvas)
Very poor quality. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Worst quality I have ever seen on a canvas, cheap plastic that is not cut to size with a very dull print.

I paid for quick delivery 3 - 5 days, came in 12 days.

Came in 5 separate pieces you need to cut the canvas to length yourself and need a hammer and nails to complete the picture.

No contact from the company they just avoid you.

Stay away from this company you will lose your money.

COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. PRODUCT RECEIVED IS UNUSABLE AND SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE. DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR...

AVOID Google rating is made up - wish I’d seen these reviews first. Wrong print received a month late. Got an email that said destroy them and my print would be sent out again. 2 months on still no print and no reply to messages left. They trade under multiple names. PayPal payment option wasn’t working when I ordered - I should have realised then something was wrong. If you can try claiming back via PayPal (within time scale) or via your credit card to shut these people down.

I WISH I READ THESE COMMENTS BEFORE I SPENT £30 FOR A CRAPPY CANVAS. The canvas has horrible texture and miss prints. Asked them to reprint another as I provide canvas for my clients as I'm a graphic designer but they refused to. when I ordered it with express delivery which should have arrived within 6-8 days however it came 19 days after I ordered, making the presents really disappointing. PLEASE DO AVOID USING THIS CHEAP SITE FOR CANVAS PRINT. The people working are also clueless and haven't really shows any empathy for their customers. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Wish I can post pictures with the messages they came back to me and prove that the quality is HORRIBLE. Doesnt even deserve 1 star tbh. WORST SERVICE EVER.

I don't understand how has their business survived until now as everything about Print Canvas is so bad. Really bad print, canvas and customer service quality. Order arrived faulty, pictures were too small for the canvas, they sent replacement which turned out the same. Then they offered to pay 7gbp for the shipping if I want to choose different canvases, because apparently my print could have been used even though they could not be put properly on the frame... I decided to pay 7 pounds and get two different canvases instead to see if they will be any better, because arguing with them was just impossible. In the end, I received only canvas instead of two and this was 2 weeks later than stated delivery date. Size was OK this time, but ONLY ONE CANVAS and quality worse than before. They never actually spoke to me clearly, they just responded in a few words, leaving me confused and guessing what's gonna happen next. They even DISABLED CONTACT BUTTON for me, so I cannot contact them again. Blocking customers with problematic orders due to their fault is such a shame on them! Really recommend to AVOID them at any cost.

Wondering if these jokers printed this in the dark or after a night out? They're called 'PRINT CANVAS'... amazing how they are allowed to trade under that name as what I received was printed on sub standard banner material. They've somehow made my high quality studio image look like a snap off a mobile phone. Dreadful doesn't come close. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Wish I could give 0 stars and read these reviews before purchasing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Awful quality self assemble canvas prints and very late delivery

DO NOT buy from this company! I invested in 8 pictures to be made into canvas - not plastic sheeting. Quality of pictures terrible. No refund for 2 which were said were not suitable. No reply from communication made on their website. No email or contact number. No company listed in U.K. TERRIBLE company!!! 🤬
By the way the email that Trustpilot says they will send your review to is a no reply email address.

DON'T use this company!! Colours don't match the originals. Cheap plastic not canvas. The canvas has grooves which makes the picture look like it has stripes. I had the wrong size frame pieces. The picture was to big for the frame. No instruction manual and the URL they gave for a video does not work. They don't say if I should use glue or staples as nothing supplied. Other companies I used were perfect. Rather pay more if you need to

Paid extra to make sure my prints arrived by Christmas but well in to January when they eventually arrived. Contacted them via there message service 4 times each time they would say that I would be contacted within 48 hrs. Haha still waiting. There method of handling customer complaints is just to ignore them

Be warned, shocking!
The canvas is made from cheap plastic which blurs the picture. That bad you can't hang it up.
Come with 4 wooden boundaries that you need to click together than wrap your canvas around.
No contact numbers to complain!
Will shop elsewhere

Paid £9 extra for quick delivery but arrived 10 days late. Emailed them asking for a refund, promised contact would be made but nothing! I only wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. I will only ever order from a UK supplier in future. Footnote - I am a frequent visitor to the Canary islands and Las Palmas. I will "look up" this outfit when next there.

If I could put no stars I would.
It's not canvas, its plastic.. parts missing (you have to put together your self)
Prints had scuffs and scratches.
Delivery date changed 3 times.
No way of contacting via phone.
And the wooden frame they provided wouldn't of fit the print anyway.

This teaches me to pay extra for quality and to stay away from sales.
