Bought a Brother printer from these people in May. Has not worked properly from day 1. As my use is occasional I have made attempts to get it to do what it should at intervals .Spent hours including working through the Brother app. Waste of time.
I have told them I am returning it for a full refund which they refuse trying to palm me off to Brother .

Ordering was straightforward, delivery was next day as promised, and the printer arrived exactly as expected. We also received a courtesy follow-up call which was informative and appreciated - rare these days. Very quick, professional service throughout. Highly recommend.

I have ordered my printer toner cartridge from this company a number of times now without any problems. I wanted an alternative to Amazon and have found it just as easy to order with delivery within a few days and at a similar price. They also do not add unnecessary packaging. Recommended.

The salesman emailed to propose an alternative choice of printer to the one I’d ordered on line, which was a little cheaper and probably better. It was delivered seamlessly. After some use it transpired that the small “starter” black toner was running out prematurely. When I reported this, on their initiative they sent me a new (and much larger) black toner replacement. That is what I call excellent customer service on both counts.

Firstly, Printerland employees answered my many phoned (I don't do chatbots!) questions on which Epson Printer to purchase.
Secondly, their easy to follow links have allowed me to request Epson cashback and register the warranty.
Kind and courteous help throughout the purchase phase.

What is one of the most tedious jobs in the world? For me definitely any job that is printers and printer-related supplies. I think this is particularly because I have had endless issues with Apple Mac compatibility screwing up my printing, I have had 5 different printers and all sorts of nightmares with printer toner subscriptions which in most cases is an absolute racket and impossible to extricate yourself from.

All that is over now and I am so grateful - that level of back ground stress has vanished. It is stupid to get so worked up over this stuff but I really do.

Most of all I love the fact that Printerland still has REAL HUMANS manning their phones - IN 2025! ...They answer questions thoughtfully and clearly and patiently. When my brain shuts down with annoyance at this tech stuff, I know these guys are the ONLY ones who I would bother with as they never think my queries are too basic and they simply give me the time of day. I now have THE perfect, FAST printer (Xerox B225 MFP) and replacement toners (most competitively priced and next day delivery). Cannot fault them.

I know I sound evangelical, but I work in online retail and every single day I am disappointed in some company or other, so when something good happens, it actually improves my day.

We received a phone call shortly after placing our order, checking that we had indeed placed the order and were happy with the product we had chosen. It was good to speak to a person on the phone who double checked our order before it was dispatched. The person also told us the delivery timeline, which was helpful, as we knew when to expect the delivery.

Once we had received the order, we received a friendly email offering support and asking if we wanted further information about insurance options.

I recently purchased a printer from this company and I’m extremely happy with the service. The model I originally wanted wasn’t in stock, but the team offered me a much better printer at an excellent price — even better than the one I planned to order. I'm hoping someone from Printerland reads this. You sent me a Kyocera printer without sending me the sheet that contains the user and password to log in. Without these the printer cannot be used with WiFi. That's what I got this new printer for - WiFi connection. I need some help to sort this. Sort it well, and I'll give more stars.

Update: Printerland supplied a showroom Kyocera printer with its credential label, but I still couldn’t log in despite guidance. They acknowledged the difficulty and arranged a brand‑new, unopened replacement, complete with password sheet and invoice, Frustrating start, but ultimately resolved fairly and professionally.

Delivery of printer ordered next day!
Previous printer order arrived with broken packaging and a black ink bottle was missing. This missing item was replaced and sent the following day.
Good to know that hiccups are corrected with minimal delay.
Will use again.

Initial problems resolved prompt with an exemplary professional customer care service that exceeded all expectation from a dedicated astute customer service manager. Highly recommended!
