Excellent Service, Ordered this printer as my last one (10 years old) had just packed up. needed something quickly to keep my business running smoothly. Printer was delivered next day as promised and was the cheapest anywhere on the web.

I have been dealing with Mr Matthew Ackers regarding a printer that would not turn on after installation. The service I received was outstanding — highly professional, prompt, and extremely efficient. The issue was handled quickly and a replacement was arranged without any hassle.

I ordered a Brother colour laser printer. The price was better than competitors by far and it was very easy to order on the website. The printers performance details were very well described on the site. I was contacted immediately to say the printer would be sent off by 4.00pm that day. I successfully installed the printer by lunchtime the next morning. I can definitely recommend this company.

I was looking for a decent colour laser printer for my Mac at an affordable price, and I needed it quickly. I ended up getting a Kyocera. Most places were stating at least a week for delivery, but PrinterLand had the printer I wanted in stock at a good price. The description of the printer on the website was accurate and helpful. Delivery was next day, even though it was over the Christmas period, and the company checked in with me to make sure everything was OK. I'm very happy, and would definitely buy from PrinterLand again.

We ordered a printer and within hours a representative (not a bot!) rang me. The machine I ordered was no longer available but they had another printer which would do the same job for £40 less. The printer was delivered - perfectly packed - the following day. At the exact time I was given by text. I was more than impressed.

We recently purchased a printer (Epson WorkForce WF-2950DWF) for our charity’s office and had a great experience with Printerland. The website was very easy to use, clear and informative, and the products were reasonably priced. Our order was processed quickly and delivered the very next day, which was a huge help for us. Unexpectedly needed a new printer just before Christmas and Printerland had a really good deal on an Canon model which ended that same day. Saved nearly £100 on usual price. Ordered on Friday evening, expected on Monday but was actually delivered on Saturday to my surprise. They followed up a week later to check everything is OK as well. Can't fault this service!

Not sure this place is legit. Made an order then got an email saying they don’t accept card payment and I need to pay by bank transfer. I asked why and they didn’t respond.

If it’s too good to be true, probably is. I’m surprised they have so many 5 star reviews.

They contacted me right after I ordered the printer just to double-check it was the right one for my needs, shipped it quickly using a decent delivery service (i.e., not Evri!), and followed up afterwards to check everything had been received and was working properly. Really AMAZING service!

Easy to navigate website with stacks of choice and information. Excellent ability to compare printers in multiple parameters. Cost per sheet available for each printer. Decided upon HP 4302, plenty in stock. Keen price.

The website was very easy to navigate and they have loads of options at very competitive rates. After looking for a printer for ages, this was the best price for quality I found in the market. The customer service was great as well! I got a call after purchasing and they made me aware of a better deal with more toner and just overall best value for money. The delivery went smoothly and the printer was working a minute after I plugged it in. All in all great. Shout-out to Matthew as well, absolute king.

2 things made this a 5 star experience, the first, which is probably the most important to everyone is the price, very competitive. Second was how quick the printer arrived!

I ordered a printer in that awkward period between Christmas and New Year. The service was fantastic, I was kept up to date with dispatch and delivery times (which was NEXT DAY, I didn't even pay extra for this)
