Colourful

I purchased a photo blanket as a gift.
My photos weren't that great, I paid to get them enhanced and I am more than delighted with the quality of the blanket.

Extremely poor quality and no customer service number!!

Absolutely furious, we spent £150 to have our wedding photographs printed and framed.

The website was generally easy to use when placing the order and all previews looked good however when the photographs arrived the print quality was absolutely awful, what were professionally taken and absolutely beautiful quality photos then turned to fuzzy, distorted and pixelated photos (look like they were taken on a phone which they definitely were not). Not to mention they STRETCHED THE IMAGES so they look very wonky and weird.

Absolutely disgusting that they don't have an accessible customer service number, their website just has you going round and round in circles and can only "place a ticket", I do not want to place a ticket, I want to speak to an actual human.

If you want good quality prints of your photos DO NOT USE PRINTERPIX.

It went bad

Unfortunately, besides the debatable quality of the prints, my main issue was the whole process and the total lack of communication by the team of Printerpix. I ordered glossy photos, I received matte prints. The frame cut was different from the one set through the website, and the general quality of the print is bad, in some pictures there's a line of colour deeper than the rest of the image... I submitted two tickets cause I had a urgency and I never received an answer. I asked for a refund cause the pictures arrived too late (and so I had to order them from another shop), and I never received an answer. I wasn't notified at all during the whole process and I had to go to my doorstep to find that the pictures were delivered (late). I understand now why they always have massive discounts and suspiciously low prices: the quality doesn't exist, in the product and in the service. I definitely not recommend it and I regret spending my time and money on them.
(Ah, also, the website works badly too: it kept saying my order number didn't exist)

Editing the review is the only way I have to "reply" Printerpix comment about my review and apparently the only way I can actually get attention from the company. All this to say to Printerpix: I haven't received any email (you mentioned in your reply that you sent me an email to make it right. I don't see any email). Besides, it doesn't help the fact that you only answer when a bad review is dropped.

The canvas looks better than the photo

Have no trouble returning to this company. This special offer of two for the price of one, meant I had to find a second picture that I wanted to frame. And a recent picture of myself and my good lady after a posh cream tea was perfect. This picture had loads of colours and shadows and never looked as good in the photo as it did live. But the canvas print did it more than justice. And when I opened the pictures both were vibrant with colours and look better than I remember

No action again!!

For my order - 45216638, After your below comment to my previous review, I received an email from Mikail Stephen accepting the apologies and letting him know how would like to get my order processed. To which I replied 3-4 times that I am happy to just get the same order dispatched but at the correct address, but still it hasn't been acknowledged.

I still keep getting emails - This is a reminder that ticket 1037622 is awaiting an update from you.

Your reply to my review - To ensure we resolve this matter to your satisfaction, I kindly ask if you could reply to the email we previously sent you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS❗

AVOID AT ALL COSTS❗

I don't normally leave reviews, but Printerpix was such a TERRIBLE experience I felt compelled to warn others.

1: The quality of the print was utterly atrocious (despite it being a 4k image)
2: The aspect ratio was changed and looked very weird
3: The frame was a very cheap plastic (no glass)
4: They advertise a '100% money back guarantee' and didn't honour it despite me immediately requesting one.

Overall they failed at every step of the way.

They also acted as though it was my fault the print was bad quality (saying I supplied a low quality source image), but the image was a 4k photo, and when I supplied the same image to another company the print was far superior. Not to mention they charged less than printerpix charged.

They are far better companies out there and I would recommend Snappy Snaps to anyone who is thinking of getting a print.

My photo is now an amazing piece of wall art!

While visiting my home town, Tampa, Fl., I stopped by the shrimp docks for some fresh jumbo shrimp. It was a beautiful day and I was lucky to find the shrimp boats in dock so I took a photo with my phone, catching the Tampa skyline in the background. I sent the photo off to Printerpix, which I have used before, and they did an amazing job in converting my photo to a beautiful piece of wall art. Price and turnaround time were amazing, I now can enjoy this special memory everyday.
