I ordered 2 types of blanket: Polar & Woven. They both turned out great. They both are soft and designs are exactly what I uploaded. They are for my fiends bridal shower. I will definitely order more for my family now.
I get these blankets every year and I am never disappointed!
Not happy with the lack of follow up!!! I placed a expedited order for a friend having surgery on April 8th and have not received any response back from my ticket inquiring and nothing on tracking. Unfortuantely, its been a terrible experience.

I finally got a $300 refund for 25 calendars. I wrote a prior review and this site was helpful so I wanted to say that after 17 conversations with what I feel certain was a robot, I did finally get the refund. Grateful for that. One star because the experience was so frustrating. The calendars they sent did not have calendar pages in them. And half of the photos were upside down. Unusable for the people and the timeframe I ordered them for. At first they offered a 75 percent discount for additional calendars. Then a 50 percent discount. I kept trying to explain that unless I could talk to a person, I didn’t want anymore “non” calendars. They just wouldn’t let me talk to a person to understand what a calendar is. I sent photos and everything. I did come to this site and got a response from them to contact a certain url. All over their website it says 100 percent refunds available but I’m telling you they make you work for it. Guess I’ll have something to light my fire this winter.

I placed an order on December 7th and I am still fighting to get either my calendars or my money back in April.
I tried to fix a shipping error within minutes of ordering. No one replied. I reached out again on Christmas Eve after the package was sent back to them. Still nothing. In early January, I finally got a human who promised to "rush print" replacements. Since January 2nd, the tracking hasn't moved an inch.
I have received zero updates, no confirmation, and zero help. Their support system is a joke—you can’t talk to a real person because as soon as an item is marked "shipped," the automated system just shuts you down.
It’s been four months. At this point, they’ve basically stolen my money. Don't waste your time or cash here; they are happy to take your payment but won't lift a finger to actually deliver the product.

The finished product is wonderful. Clear photos, lovely finish, prompt shipping.
I wouldn't say the creation process is as easy as Shutterfly. It is not intuitive, and there are not as many layout options as Shutterfly.
Horrible! After paying an exorbitant rate of $157.99 (even though it was initially advertised for quite a bit less) for a rush order promised between Feb 26th- Feb 27th, my order arrived in my hands on March 3rd. The pages were cut off as well as the lettering although I followed the Printerpix "padded template" to ensure that the pages would arrive perfect. They refuse to refund me. They are obstinate and difficult to deal with and their initial complaint responses (about the first 5) appear to be "generic robot interactions".

It is impossible to contact anyone to complain.
They do monitor Trustpilot, but don't be fooled by their apparent efforts to rectify issues here.
The email contact provided is on auto reply with a message saying it's not monitored.
They are by far the WORST company I've ever dealt with.

Weird pricing and nasty continuous upselling. Took ages and in the end the order failed - it said Google Pay needed some form of confirmation/verification, but it didn't say what or how to do it so I had to give up. Would not recommend.

During the Black Friday sale I purchased a deal for (3) 11 x 14" metal prints plus free shipping. I used PayPal to pay for the order. Some time passed till I was ready to order my prints but I realized I had not gotten any confirmation email with my coupon code to order my prints. I only had the Paypal reciept. Tried sending emails to Printerpix to no avail. Finally disputed the PayPal charge and it was only then did Printerpix respond with a code. I then went to order my prints and was charged another $80 for them! Total rip off!!

All-in-all, not a bad document, but couple of photos out of focus, and couple had another pic overlayed on another.
Sadly I had to make the difficult decision to put my Girlie to sleep. She was the last of many fur babies that gave my life joy and unconditional love. When I saw PrinterPix I knew thr blanket would be the perfect memorial. I was easy to make and fast to receive. The pictures were perfect with no distortion! The blanket is cozy and great quality.
I tried using the Freeshipping code but it couldn’t work. I tried contact the customer service but it always responded with the same automated answer which was of no help. The one who responded sounds like AI or robot and I had no way to contact a real life agent. Also the quality of the prints was sooo bad. I compared them with last year’s print, I can definitely see a difference in the color, clearness, even the calendar paper used. Such a shame because I print calendars for families every year now I’m considering taking the business elsewhere.

Do yourself a favour and never use this company! I have sent 10 plus emails as the quality of my product was awful. So blurry and pixelated! I have been completely ignored by email. And there is no phone number so I have spent £50 on something that isn’t worthy of the bin! Absolutely horrendous customer service. Even tho they advertise 100% satisfaction grantee!!! What a load of rubbish. Do not recommend

I wrote a review of Printerpix recently because I had/have a problem using vouchers I purchased from them (this after happily creating over 20 books in the last then years). Someone from there named Joey responded here and said to send an email back against the email they sent me. Well, over a month, there are over 20 emails. I picked three and send the same email to all of those. Crickets! No one has responded at all. Joey, if you are still reading these, I put my phone and email in each of these and the other emails. PLEASE reach out! this could be resolved so easily! I've loved the quality and bragged on you in the past. That's rapidly changing! I need help to use my vouchers before the finished projects disappear!
